Nice accommodation for beach relaxation + Location near the beach, nice district around (many cafes and restaurants, all necessary shops), see view, nice smoothie shop near the entrance, friendly staff − Ants in the room, old shower.

+ It's a good location to access the beach and restaurants. − I was there for 2days. It was disappointing to have facilities like an old towel and bed sheets that had an itching smell like mold.

− We checked into our room and unfortunately discovered bed bugs (which I have images to prove) we then went to get an employee who followed us to the room and saw them for himself. We were then moved to a new room but it was only two doors down which gave us anxiety, with this worry we felt the need to move hotel. The problem of requesting a refund then hit, reception refused to settle us a full refund and only offered a partial one, which we accepted out of frustration. Overall a bad experience and not one I would want anyone else to encounter.

+ Good location - close to beach and tourist paraphernalia. Kind staff. Basic but quite practical indeed. − Not the fault of the hotel: The construction noise from 7.00 until 20.00 - if you are looking out at sea - is quite unnerving!

Особливо вдячна, що для кожного було 2 подушки і дуже зручні ліжка, хороша постільна білизна. Персонал доброзичливий. Через кілька кроків від готелю гарний масажний салон, а за кутом - десятки кафе та ресторанів, це було супер зручно. Можу радити цей готель всім, хто вперше у ДаНангу. Value for money, great location + Great location to beach and food restaurants, room was spacious, clean and with ocean views. − Aircon wasn’t working very well, had to ask for a pedestal fan to take the edge off.

Gece gec saatlere kadar koridorlarda cocuk ve insan sesleri vardi. Sabah 6’da da otel temizlik gorevlileri yuksek sesle koridorlarda bagirarak geziyordu. İnsaat sesi gunun tamaminda odanin icindeydi. Yalitim gercekten kotuydu.Odalar kirliydi yataklarin ve yerin her tarafi siyah uzun saclarla doluydu. Banyo kirliydi. Klozetin ici komple sariydi. Su nerdeyae akmiyor gibiydi. Basinc yoktu ve sicak su yoktu. Cikarken havlulari kendi verdiklerinde oyle olmasina ragmen siz kirlettiniz diye 200.000 vnd istediler. Ugrasmamak icin odedik. Ucretsiz diye her sabah berdikleri suya cikarken 30.000 vnd aldilar. Arayarak carsaf degisikligi talep ettigimizde check-out tarihinde ancak degistiririz dediler. Lokasyonu disinda tercih nedeni olmamali.

Near the beach + It was near the beach, and lots of restaurants. The housekeeping left me new bottles of water on my door, when I placed the do not disturb sign on my door. That was very nice. − The photos on the website and the description about the lighting from the window views from every room made me book this place. However, my view was of a concrete building next door. The bed was not comfortable. That there is a price tag listed for everything in the room. This includes dirty linen, towels, etc. I was very careful when using anything, to ensure that I was not charged. So for that it made me feel uncomfortable, and it affected my stay. Therefore, from the first day I took pictures of everything in the room, and items that already had stains on them, and I notified the front desk of this as well because I did not want to be charged for anything that was there previously. They do check after you leave the room for anything of that sort.
