+ Nulla − Quando siamo arrivati la nostra camera non era più disponibile. Ci hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa che non ci è piaciuta e che ci offriva per 2 notti 2 camere differenti. Abbiamo rifiutato e trovato una nuova sistemazione.

Mon séjour à Dar Zayda c’était le premier, et c’est sur que c’est pas le dernier Enchaellah + Le personnel est très sympathique ansi que la situation géographique de l’établissement est très proche

Scam durch Umbuchung in schlechteres Riad!!! + Die Dame an der Rezeption hat am Ende versucht uns zu helfen. Sie kann wahrscheinlich nichts für unten geschildertes Problem... − Wir haben in Essaouira das Riad dar Zayna für 2 Nächte im Doppelzimmer gebucht und eine helle, freundliche Unterkunft erwartet. Wir wurden am Nachmittag vor unserer Anreise noch per Nachricht gefragt, wann wir denn ankommen und uns wurde eine gute Reise gewünscht, jedoch wurde uns direkt nach Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass es eine Überbuchung gab und wir in einem anderen "besseren" Riad untergebracht werden würden. Als wir dort ankamen wurde uns zunächst ein kleines, unschönes Zimmer zugeteilt und nach einigen Diskussionen ein etwas größeres. Jedoch entspricht das gesamte Riad und die Zimmer überhaupt nicht unseren Vorstellungen (siehe Bild angehängt) und wir hätten dieses uns zugewiesene Riad niemals selbst gebucht... Hätten wir früher von dem Problem gewusst, hätten wir auch noch Zeit gehabt, ein anderes Hotel/Riad…

+ We had a really comfortable stay at Riad Dar Zayna, which was well located near the entrance to the medina. The room was spacious, with a hot shower and toiletries provided. The hosts took great care of us during our stay, providing a secure place to store our bicycles and a takeaway breakfast when we had an early check-out time on our last day.

Bon séjour + L'emplacement, la chambre spacieuse pour 5 et le thé d'accueil dont son personnel. − On a pas apprécié la demi pension, car éloigné de l'hôtel (non precisé lors de la réservation). Contrairement au petit-déjeuner bon et pris sur place.

Je recommande vivement,c’est un hébergement très agréable et pratique. + Excellent emplacement,personnel attentif et agréable. Petit déjeuner au top😊. Conexión wifi correct. − Pas de service de chambre,uniquement remplacement des draps de bain. Pour quelques jours c’est moyen comme système de fonctionnement.

+ Très beau riad, deux terrasses incroyables avec vue sur mer. Personnel accueillant et au petit soin. Situation géographique idéale au pied de la Kasbah. − Chambre un peu rustre avec une douche qui avait du mal a fournir l’eau chaude, mais tout était globalement très bien.

Excelente + La habitación fue muy cómoda, la atención del personal genial, el desayuno muy rico y variado. En especial la tranquilidad del ambiente, se agradece mucho para desconectar y descansar. − Había un poco de humedad en el baño, pero ventilando la habitación se pasa.
