+ C'est Mehdi qui nous a accueilli, il a vraiment été très gentil, bienveillant et très professionnel. Nous avons ensuite rencontré le propriétaire du riad, lui aussi très agréable. Ils ont aussi été de bons conseils. Le riad est bien placé, au calme, très joli, comme sur les photos. De plus, le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent et copieux, de quoi bien commencer la journée. Et la télé est équipée de plusieurs applications (dont netflix). − Je n'ai rien à reprocher, notre séjour était vraiment très agréable, je vous remercie, et nous reviendrons dans ce riad si nous revenons un jour à Marrakech

+ Our stay at this riad was truly exceptional from the very first moment until the day we left. The riad itself was absolutely beautiful, with an authentic traditional style that made us fully experience the magic of Morocco. The location was perfect as well, with everything important and most of the main attractions only about 15 to 20 minutes away on foot. There were also many great food options nearby. What made our experience truly unforgettable, though, were the people working there. Their hospitality went far beyond our expectations and made our trip so much more special. Mehdi welcomed us early in the morning and helped us with everything we needed during our stay in Morocco. He gave us very helpful advice about places to visit, where to go, and how to make the most of our trip. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. + Joli Riad bien situé dans une petite impasse au calme dans la médina très pratique pour faire les souks à pied. Mention spécial pour Mehdi pour sa gentillesse durant tout notre séjour et aussi à Fatiha pour le succulent petit déjeuner préparé avec soin!

Un Riad perfetto! + Abbiamo prenotato tutto il Riad essendo in tanti, quindi è stato molto bello. Omar e Medhi sono stati gentilissimi in tutto. La colazione super! Le camere spaziose e con condizionatore! La posizione è buona: in 20 min arrivi ai souk e in 20 min arrivi ai giardini majorelles. − Direi nulla. Forse solo i cuscini e i letti un po' duri. E il fatto che due letti aggiuntivi erano tanto tanto piccoli (60 cm al massimo).

Mehdi ist der beste!!!Der einstieg in Marrakesch viel uns dadurch sehr einfach… Lage top… in der Medina jedoch am ruhige + Service! Abholung am Flughafen organisiert. Wurden zur Laden gefahren wo man Alkohol bekommt. Service und Freundlichkeit mehr als top! − Zu dritt im Zimmer sehr eng. Teilweise starker Geruch im Badezimmer (Abfluss)

+ Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile, il problema dell’aria condizionata ci è stato risolto il giorno successivo quindi da riconoscere la bravura del personale. Colazione buonissima e super ricca. − la posizione veramente pessima e camera più piccola delle aspettative. Il primo giorno non funzionava l’aria condizionata ed abbiamo dormito senza.

+ Podobało mi się wszystko w tym obiekcie. Od organizacji, aż do samego wyglądu i czystości. Personel na najwyższym poziomie, zawsze dostępny i bardzo pomocny. Wszystkie oczekiwania były spełnione. Riad jest codziennie sprzątany przez przemiłą panią, co jak już wspomniałam wpływa na dużą czystość obiektu. Dwóch chłopaków, którzy opiekują się gośćmi, było zawsze gotowi do pomocy, co bardzo cenię. Z pewnością poleciłabym ten obiekt każdemu! − Śniadania mógłyby być bardziej zróżnicowane, ale to juz kwestia osobista. Były bardzo smaczne mimo wszystko. Dodatkowy plus to śniadania na wynos, jeśli planuję się wyjście o wczesnej godzinie.

+ Review Our stay at Riad dar Al Arsa was absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. The riad was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the weather during our stay was just perfect. The whole experience was amazing, and we truly enjoyed everymoment, the atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, breakfast, and hospitality were all excellent. We would definitely recommend Riad Dar Al Arsa and would love to come back again!! Thank you very much!!! − Constructive Feedback The only downside during our stay was the lack of parking, if u are coming by car, you should be aware that you may have to pay local residents in the neighborhood to let you park your car there. This can be a little inconvenient and unexpected for guests traveling by car. It would be much better if the riad offered a dedicated parking option or clearer parking arrangements for guests.

C'è di meglio. + Lo staff è disponibile e cerca di aiutarti in tutto − La pulizia e i servizi praticamente inesistenti (doccia sporca, scarico malfunzionamente ,nessun kit di cortesia, prese anche quelle discutibili) la Jacuzzi è li, ma inagibile e il terrazzo panoramico la definirei una terrazza sporca con lettini tavoli e sedie arrugginite e vecchie a dispetto delle foto. La posizione non è comodissima , ma a 20 Min dal centro e appena si esce dal Riad e chiedi la minima indicazione si mostrano tutti disponibili, ma in cambio di soldi diventando anche insistenti e fastidiosi

V ubytování není žádná voda po příjezdu nemožnost ani jídla. Žádné toal. potřeby. Protíkající WC. Scelé krásně nafocené, + Nic − Poloha nebezpečná, riad není označený a těžko ho lze najít Taxi vás zaveze a pak cca 5 minut musíte dojít. Kde se na vás doslova přilepí místní obyvatelé, že vám pomůžou. Pak žádají peníze a jsou opravdu nepříjemní. Dokonce vstoupí až do ubytování a personál jen přihlíží jak od vás chtěji 20 euro za jejich doprovod, který jste nechtěli. Jsou neodbytní a z jednoho jsou najednou 4 !!

Best Riad in Marrakech! + We got there and the two reception guys helped us with the luggages, they were really kind and help during all the stay. The room was so clean and fresh, the air conditioning was amazing, the water in the shower was very hot and had a good pressure, the room was just so good. Even more the Riad was so beautiful and typical and the best part was the terrace, so chilling and relaxing, the pool was so cool and the view from the terrace was great. The breakfast was amazing, the lady who cooked it for us was just so sweet and you have also many options (moroccan tea, coffee, milk, juice) We loved all of it! A special thanks to the guys of the reception they were so kind and to the lady of the breakfast so cute and sweet.

À éviter. + Le personnel etait au top. On a été très bien accueilli. Super gentil. − Malheureusement le Riad est très mal entretenu. La chambre n’est pas propre. La salle de bain est vraiment dans un état lamentable. La chambre ne se ferme même pas à clef juste un « hockey » Le Riad est situé dans un quartier très mal fréquenté. Je ne le recommande absolument pas. Des rue très étroite, très sombres. Beaucoup de personne devant le Riad des hommes entrain de fumer de la drogue.
