This accommodation met my expectations. + I was only there for one night but it was the perfect location to explore the city centre. The room was larger than I expected and bed was comfortable.

Teleurstellend + Locatie dichtbij het centrum. − De kamer was net een sauna waar je eigenlijk niet kon zijn. De koelkast deed het niet. Niet flexibel qua uitchecktijd.

+ Personale molto cordiale, posizione. Microonde in camera e il necessario per consumare un pasto come piatti e bicchieri e posate. − Camera molto calda in estate. Per accedervi bisogna passare dall'ingresso sul retro del personale. La camera aveva un bagno senza porta quindi nessuna privacy

− The room was very dirty, there wasn’t an AC, there was only a very old fan, which was almost broken. The room got so hot, that we could not sleep at all. The windows open just a little. There were more than 20 mosquitoes through the whole night, so on top of the hot weather we couldn’t sleep from the amount of mosquitoes as well. Also, the room smells a lot because downstairs there is an open kitchen and when they are cooking everything smells extremely bad.

nothing good… I had to cancel. + nothing − Be careful because one room has no doors to the toilet and they do not inform about it here. They did not answered for my message to ensure if it is like that before I came. So I asked to cancel my reservation (because I didn’t want to be in toom without doors to the toilet) but they gave me basic refound (not full) and write that it is „the gesture of good will”.. 🤣 Be careful with this place!

A great little room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Good location + Check-in instructions were very good, location is good, within easy walking distance of the city centre. Reliable wi-fi, very comfortable beds, great bathroom and shower. The fan was greatly appreciated as we arrived during a heatwave. − We were looking forward to trying the traditional Dutch food but, unfortunately, we arrived on a Monday when the cafe was closed. This was not mentioned during the booking process which was very disappointing.

A cosy overnight stay enroute to the airport. + We left early so breakfast wasn't an option. everything was good Staff excellent − Nothing All good.

+ El personal muy amable, la ubicación perfecta − Había muchos mosquitos y bichos. Se entraba por la cocina de un bar por unas escaleras muy muy estrechas. Había mucho ruido, se escuchaba hasta los pasos de la gente de las otras habitaciones

Nice place in Eidhoven + Everything was ok - clean, comfortable and so on. The only is we were in smoking room, and people outside cafe also smoke a lot. So asking not smoking room if it is important for you. Parking is on street. Not a lot but we found it right opposite the apartment − The only cigarettes smoke was problem for us

Goed verblijf. 👌🏻 + De airco. Die was TOP!! Toen we naar boven liepen was het behoorlijk warm. Maar de airco op de kamer deed geweldig z’n werk. Heerlijk geslapen. − Kleinigheidje, de kast viel bijna uit elkaar. Maar deed wat ie moest doen.
