Client, go away + Clean and tidy, close to the metro. − The internet was either down or simply unavailable. There was no soap in the shower. There's no secure space to park a bike, and the hotel is located in a very crime-ridden area. I was asked to leave my bike in a shared courtyard that didn't belong to the hotel and the entrance to this courtyard opens with one button for anyone who wants it from the street. Booking support couldn't handle this "incredibly complex" case and simply suggested that I do what the hotel said. When I brought the bike to the room, the administrator forbade me to store it in the room, despite the fact that the bike was clean and did not leave any marks behind. I was again asked to store my 4,000 euro bicycle in a courtyard that was not secured from unauthorized entry, in the most crime-ridden center of the city.
