    − Вот вежливый, но чёткий вариант на английском языке: ⸻ I’m very disappointed with the hotel and the room we stayed in. The hotel felt more like a motel — everything was old, there were strange stains on the bedding, and the room had an unpleasant smell. There were no towels provided, and there was constant noise, including from the air conditioner which made loud sounds from time to time. It was nothing like what was shown in the photos. The level of cleanliness was much lower than what people mentioned in the reviews, and I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. ⸻ Если хочешь, могу адаптировать под письмо в службу поддержки или просьбу о компенсации.
