Good + big hotel but lacking a bit cozy feel − service is a bit dum and slow we also experienced the noise phone ring during the middle night which was very scared. The long bar is too big and feeling too empty , and cocktail is very average

Exceptional + Breakfast time is 07:00 to 11:00 am. It's super! Food options are plentiful and taste good. I liked that it was not crowded. The environment is beautiful. You can eat outside. − It was very difficult for us that the people of Sanya did not know English. But it is good that the staff of this hotel, especially the staff at the reception, speak a little English.

Great resort + We had a wonderful time at the hotel! All the facilities: private beach, river pool, and sports courts (Basketball and Tennis), were amazing. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the coconut trees and green spaces, it feels like an oasis next to the ocean. Staff is committed and professional, we really appreciated it. Breakfast on the terrace with the relaxing sounds of fountains was delightful every morning. Overall, our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable, and we look forward to returning soon! − The gym should be open 24/7.

Above and beyond by Miss Tina, impeccable and beautiful resort with the kindest staff. + Everything was impeccable. Spacious, luxurious, service was absolutely fantastic and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was very generous and they made fresh lobster and meat wontons, fresh noodles, fresh pastries, fruit cut fresh - I can go on and on. Even though the hotel, room, beach, food - everything (and for an extremely good value level of price), I have to say our ‘butler’ (which is the official name), Miss Tina, was the one who made our stay above and beyond. She was so kind, professional, charming and she took such well care of us. Miss Tina is one of a kind, I’ve never met such a dedicated - while easy going- staff member at a hotel. She made us feel at home. Beyond her, the concierge Zeke, Miss Lucy in the restaurant and all their colleagues, such as the beach guard - they were always so helpful and made our family enjoy every moment. Прекрасно провели время. Роскошный вариант проживания для нуждающихся в тихом и качественном отдыхе + Завтрак прекрасный. Огромный выбор + возможность заказа. Кухня не только китайская, но и европейская также доступна. Всегда есть свежайшие фрукты, свежеприготовленные горячие блюда и свежевыжатые соки. Чай листовой заварной без каких-либо пакетиков. − Единственный серьезный (на мой взгляд) недостаток, что некоторые гости курили прямо за своими столиками(исключительно местные граждане). И это в то время как мировая тенденция - это отказ от курения и уж, как минимум, запрещение курения в общественных местах. Еще одно пожелание - привлекать к работе больше персонала, знающего английский язык. периодически возникали моменты недопонимания из-за отсутствия англоговорящих сотрудников.
