+ Our stay was excellent, the staff is really helpful and kind, their hospitality is outstanding. The location is very good, 10-15 minutes from Kuta beach. The room was very big, the bed also big and comfortable. They have hot water and a well-working AC as well. Thank you for everything Jumbo Homestay. − Maybe they could keep on the breakfast menu other than egg. But it was really not a big issue, cause you can have great breakfast in walking distance.

Excellent value guesthouse in good location in Kuta + Had a very enjoyable 4 night stay here. The staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. They collected us from Bangsal ferry port and dropped us off at the airport when we left (additional charge but stress free). They also arranged scooters - these are pretty essential in our view as the real beauty definitely sits outside of Kuta itself with some stunning beaches less than 20 minutes away. The homestay itself is situated in a street off the main road where all the bars and restaurants are, so it is close enough to be convenient but away from the dust and tourist activity. There are also a couple of reasonably priced warungs very close by. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and good amount of storage. Decent aircon and plenty of hot water too. There was a slight drain smell in the bathroom but nothing major. The guesthouse is undergoing some renovations so there is building work ongoing to the first and second floor, …

+ We stayed at The Jumbo Homestay for 4 nights and had a really great experience. The room was beautiful, spacious, and always clean, as it was cleaned every day. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Whenever we needed something, they were quick to help us and find a solution. We really enjoyed our stay here, and if we ever come back to Kuta, we would definitely stay at The Jumbo Homestay again. Highly recommended!

+ Staff is very helpful. Helped us to arrange both motorbike (good price!!) and transfer to Gili. They offered to change the towels daily, cleaned the floor (room cleaning daily) and bedsheets were okay. Value for money was okay, ok location in Kuta. − Toilet and room smells of mould, mosque is litterally nearby and quite loud. Breakfast bread could be better.

Un incubo + Il personale è sorridente e disponibile − Non capisco come sia possibile che questa struttura sia su booking. Non è nemmeno ancora terminata. Ma nonostante questo è già decrepita... Dormirete in un cantiere, anche se a dire il vero non c'è nessuno che lavora e quindi fa rumore, almeno questo. C'è una puzza di muffa e di fogna da fare schifo; nonostante i goffi tentativi del sempre disponibile staff di risolvere il problema si fa fatica a dormire. La colazione è penosa. Un incubo.
