Excellent, may be back next year! + Super breakfast, lunch, dinner! It was our 2nd time at an all inclusive and the over night dinner service was a godsend as we only arrived in the early hours due to a delayed flight. − dinner service could finish a bit later, and lunch service too. other than that it was very good!

Nice + Good location − Due to a specific employee named Hamdi, he made me not even book a massage. First he kept forcing me and my daughter to book a specific massage ( that was expensive) he didnt even give me a chance to book. We told him that we wanted a foot massage and he got annoyed. This is not a market to bargain prices at the end of the day i am the client that wants to book something specific. Second, when he asked me where i was from because i told him the massage that he mentioned would be cheaper in my country i told him i was from kuwait and he said “ your country is not professional like ours”. This is not a way to speak. Third, we are muslim ladies, he is not supposed to keep sticking close to us! This is extremely rude i am wearing my hijab. Okay he examined my daughters back as he said her was a “ chiropractor “. I hope that you take my comment into consideration.

+ Food − Rooms are not sound proof at all, we couldn’t sleep at all from the noise next door- pool sizes are not right capacity and we could not get a space around pool - very noisy and crowded all the time.

+ Great breakfast, lunch and dinner options Amazing daily schedules The pools were great So much fun for the kids And the kids club felt very safe − The room was small considering the price we paid, i expected bigger. It was relatively clean, however we had ants in our room and the lights didn't work. Again, i just expected more from the price. We still had a great time and was the highlight of our holiday.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offenlässt! + Unser Aufenthalt war vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise rundum gelungen. Bereits beim Empfang haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt, und dieser positive Eindruck hat sich durch den gesamten Aufenthalt gezogen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Egal, mit welchem Anliegen man sich an jemanden gewandt hat – man hatte immer das Gefühl, dass sich gerne darum gekümmert wird. In allen Bereichen war zudem spürbar, wie professionell und gut ausgebildet das Team ist. Besonders schön fanden wir auch, dass man von wirklich allen Mitarbeitern stets freundlich begrüßt wurde. Auch kulinarisch hat der Aufenthalt keine Wünsche offengelassen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und qualitativ sehr gut. + Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Angebot beim Essen, viele Sportmöglichkeiten und angebotene Kurse, Bestellservice am Strand ist top, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, es wird auf Wünsche oder sonstige Anliegen der Gäste eingegangen. − Badezimmer sind sehr veraltet, Preise sind überteuert.
