+ The location was excellent—everything you need is within easy reach. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Mr. Gazi and Mr. Teken at the reception. They truly made our stay enjoyable with their professionalism and kindness. The area also felt very safe, which made our experience even better. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again. − I think the breakfast is quite good, but it could be even better if they varied the menu from day to day. They served the same food every morning, so having more variety would make the breakfast experience much more enjoyable.

Good location but limited amenities + The pool was very welcoming during the warm days − Certain of the reception staff are very uninterested in their guest. The rooms are very small and housekeeping needs to improve on overall cleanliness. Inter room sound insulation is very poor and at times we could hear our adjacent neighbors conversations. The breakfast is very limited with Western food options but the fresh bread rolls makes up.

Helt okej, värt priset! + Fint hotell, bra läge! Trevliga personal och väldigt familjevänligt! Dock var det små rum och lite dåligt att man ska behöva köpa dricksvatten! God frukost och bra utbud! − Små rum och väldigt dyrt område! Allt kostar dubbelt i restauranger/ affärer! Men det kan inte hotellet göra något åt!

Хороший отель! + Внимательный персонал, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, которые примчатся по первой вашей просьбе и помогут в любом вопросе! Спасибо! Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности множество магазинов, остановок общественного транспорта, рынки, некоторые достопримечательности. Номер был совсем небольшой, не более 2 человек поместится. Чисто идеально, постель удобная, уборка ежедневно. Холодильник, чайник,фен, тапочки, пакетики чая и кофе. Вода всегда. Бассейн отличный с соленой водой, прекрасным видом на город и море( днем открывается крыша для принятия солнечных ванн) Хорошие завтраки. Хорошая звукоизоляция между номерами. − Ранним утром и поздним вечером сильный шум транспорта, мусоровозов, крики.Отель "поживший" - прокуренные помещения,кондиционер извергал неприятный запах, а если открыть окно, то очень шумно. Мы оплатили 3 ночи, но по факту были только две и один завтрак пропал и нам не был предложен бокс с закусками с собой в аэропорт, хотя это стандартная прак…

+ The day staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good. The shower is very powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water. It's possible to walk to some of the main sites but a little far in the heat. − The rooms are very small, not really suitable for two people and two sets of luggage. The bathroom is also tiny but well equipped. I chose the hotel because it has a spa and planned to use it on our last morning but it doesn't open until 3pm.

+ In the middle of istanbul,near from every point to visit, great breakfast − The room was too small i feel exactly like at ibis buget. The hotel is 3stars,not 4. I book at zagreb for pool,but suprise, the pool is deep 1.65m and have cold water(in july) ,there arent any stairs or place under 1.65m ,the pool have only the inox stairs. So if you are not swimmer you can't use it, a big dissapoint for my child.
