Great apartment in Sunshine + We had 2 x connecting studio apartments. Each had a kitchen (full size fridge, dishwasher and small stovetop), laundry and a great size bathroom. It was very clean and well equipped. The apartment was walking distance to the train station and close to the main sunshine area where there are grocery stores, take away shops, the nest bahn mi shop in Melbourne and the man holding cow statue (there are only 2 in melbourne). Breakfast is available for 20.00 ea a day, however we chose not to have this as we had a kitchenette. − I think if you want to park your car securely, 35.00 a night is a bit much. We were told when we booked in parking had been paid for, however when we checked out, were then told we owed 105.00 for the 3 nights. You can park on the street if you can find a spot.

Great except I had to have a cold shower + Loved the use of the gym and the quietness − Our phone to reception didn’t work and had some issues with the shower water temperature (I had to have a cold shower)

Staff were exceptional and very helpful, location and view of the city from the room Beautiful + Room location and view! − Bedding and utensils could of been more clean and bedding had markings/dirty

Wonderful. Will stay here again and recommend friends. + The place is very clean. Kitchen facilities excellent. − Provide a smaller knife. Peeler should be sharp.
