+ Really beautiful and cool place to stay, spacial studio room, amazing rooftop view. Location is good, walkable to all attractions sites, but in a quiet area, which could be not so easy to find when you first check in. The staff there was super helpful!

Highly recommend- we had an amazing stay. + Its cleanliness, the decor and the rooftop terrace overlooking the cathedral and old town. Comfortable rooms. − The stairs to the first floor upper levels were steep although there was a sturdy handrail. Wouldn’t be suitable for those with mobility issues. Also would have been nice to have a dishwasher although we didn’t eat in the property we made use of the glasses.

Central, peaceful and perfect- would highly recommend! + Fabulous location in the old town, really easy to walk everywhere. Beautifully decorated and furnished and with the most stunning roof terrace where you could sit with a spectacular view of the cathedral listening to the bells. Laura personality greeted us and showed us around and was super helpful. Lockable luggage cupboard to leave luggage on check out to make the most of the last few hours in Seville.

+ Was very comfortable and spacious. Also very clean. − Kitchen needs a dish rack for drying dishes after washing. Also, outer back door for bedroom does not lock properly-needs repair to mechanism.

Excellent location, great roof deck + The Palacio Marmoles is located on a quiet side street in Seville. It’s in a great location, just a five minute walk from a few different districts with many restaurants. The palace itself is small and cute. It looks like it was a wealthy person’s house at one point in history. The rooms themselves are clearly historical and are nicely furnished. The washer and dryer in the basement work, but take a very long time. Probably the best feature of the palace is the roof deck, which has multiple levels and excellent views across the city to the domes of the various churches and the cathedral. Overall, a pleasant stay and an interesting way to experience historical houses.

Great place to stay in a great city. + Property was large and quaint. Centrally located and within walking distance to everything. A/C was great, laundry facilities are a huge plus for us. Would stay again. Attentive hosts and that's appreciated. − Mattresses were very firm, need a mattress pad but this is a subjective thing. Also as this is an apartment, would have been great to be supplied with things like salt, pepper, dish soap, napkins, etc. Things needed for a home stay but that we don't necessarily travel with. Charge an extra couple euros and stock the apartment with these necessities Other than that, stay was fantastic.

Definitely recommend! + Everything was perfect. The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful rooftop. The Studio room was amazing- clean, modern, spacious, kitchen facilities, smelt amazing, complementary tea, coffee, water. The hotel had an iron I could use. They allowed us to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Mini supermarket a 3 minutes walk away where you can purchase snacks, drinks, pastries, general food and essentials. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to the main sightseeing places. Not far from the train station or airport! Definitely recommend this place!

Hot water, Cole Air Con, spacious space, the beautiful views were a plus. + Extremely spacious for 6 guest, clean, and the terrace was magnificent- beautiful views. Friendly and responsive hosts. − Loved everything - the dryer did take a long time to dry- but really having a washer and dryer in Europe is exceptional

+ La stanza era bellissima, un duplex antico ma con uno stile moderno. La vista dalla terrazza era mozzafiato, potendo osservare tutta Siviglia. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ambienti pulitissimi. Aria condizionata molto efficiente per rinfrescare gli ambienti, essendo la temperatura di Siviglia molto alta. E' stato un soggiorno favoloso. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Exceptionnel + Très beau palace, en plein centre de Séville. Les logements sont très calmes et super confortables, on était en pleine vague de chaleur la semaine de notre voyage et nous n'avons même pas eu besoin d'allumer la climatisation tellement la chambre qu'on avait restée fraîche. Le toit terrasse avec vue sur la Giralda et tout le centre de Séville est génial

alles super + die Unterkunft war sehr schön, wir waren drei Tage im Apartment mit 4 Zimmern… Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist auch super. Personal unheimlich freundlich. Die Zimmer auch sehr sehr sauber, Klimaanlage. Hat super funktioniert. Die Möbel sind etwas ins Alter gekommen, haben aber ihren Charme. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Preisleistung, sehr gut. − es war alles ok
