+ El personal muy atento y cercano, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, buffet bueno y variado, instalaciones amplias y zona de la piscina preciosa, con vistas a la punta del Teide y al Atlantico

A qualidade das instalações e dos serviços prestados não correspondem a uma classificação de quatro estrelas. Ainda assi + A simpatia dos funcionários. − Alguns serviços são pagos à parte. Como por exemplo, no buffet do pequeno-almoço um sumo de laranja natural tem um custo extra. Assim como a utilização de toalhas e algumas espreguiçadeiras. Ingredientes de pouca qualidade no pequeno-almoço. As festas na piscina são muito barulhentas sobretudo para os quartos adjacentes. Na primeira noite tivemos de pedir para trocar de quarto.

+ Friendly staff, ideal location: 15-30mins drive to all major North Tenerife spots. Walking distance to Peurto de la Cruz beaches and centro shopping malls. − Breakfast is not tasteful/enjoyable. Many deep fried/Oily/Over cooked foods. Even the live counter food is made with too much of oil. Surprisingly, Fresh juices are charged on top of breakfast package. Dinner is okay. Surprisingly, Gym doesn’t exists at all though it’s mentioned as amenities in the website. Hotel rooms positions are a bit strange. You need to keep walking long to reach to end of floor. Lifts are from 7F to 4F only and then walk long with your luggage to board another lift to go to 1F Room windows are not soundproof. Over the night, we keep hearing car driving/horns and sometimes alarms from neighbouring rooms. Paid €150 per night for last week of Aug. Not worth at all. Way below standards to be included in I Hyatt Inclusive.
