+ The willows was discussing our room had shit in the toilet dirty bedding stains up wall the window well you couldn't see out of them refused to refund our money we had to stay out with a 44 year old and a disabled person it was a complete nightmare

Poor − The place was run down , shower flooded. Poor decorator.. so much money for what it was .It felt like a half way house !!

Please dont stay here! Dont waste your money! + Nothing − Everything. Was absolutely disgusting! A strong smell of sewerage in the room. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty and door wouldnt close (this is where the sewerage smell was coming from). The furniture was falling apart. The floor was so uneven my feet were higher than my head when laying down. There were light fittings without bulbs in.... oh and the parking was £20 for a night. Sadly i had a last minute cancellation for surgery at Brighton hospital so this was a very last minute booking. Had it not been for the appointment, I would have walked out!

Decent cosy room with a great sea view + Excellent view of the sea and pier from the bay window which had a little built in seat. Great value. Friendly staff available on the front desk to assist. − We were in room 11 and I think they need to get a plumber to have a look at the bathroom as there was a feint smell like maybe a pipe was leaking. Plus there was no extractor fan or window in the bathroom which didn't help. The room was quite compact and there was no storage and very few surfaces to put things on, but at least we didn't forget anything in a drawer when we vacated.
