The room was unpleasant and the design made me feel like I was staying in a prison. + I’m sorry, but I cannot give this hotel a rating of -1, or even -100, because the rating system does not allow me to go below zero. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel was expensive, extremely noisy, and completely unsuitable for a night’s rest. More than 100 students were crying, shouting and making noise throughout the entire night, while the hotel staff did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. I paid for a hotel room in order to sleep, but it was impossible to get any rest. Honestly, sleeping outside at the train station would have been more comfortable — and certainly quieter — than staying in this hotel. Given the unacceptable conditions and the fact that I was unable to sleep at all, I am requesting a full reimbursement for this night. − It was one of the worst experiences of my life: extremely noisy, arrogant children, and unfriendly staff. Ni bien ni mauvais + Classique, ni spécial bien ni spécialement mauvais. Expérience plutôt neutre : ça va mais avec quelques couacs. Les toilettes communes ne sont pas un problème, c’est propre avec du papier renouvelé (en tout cas à mon étage). Une prise disponible pour chaque lit. Drap propres fournis à l’arrivée. Agréable d’avoir un miroir et un lavabo dans la chambre. − Mon lit grinçait, heureusement c’était le seul de la chambre avec ce problème. Le ménage certes passait tous les jours et était assez succinct. Je me suis plantée une écharde de verre dans le pied juste en enlevant mes chaussures dans la chambre, j’ai peu apprécié. La douche de mon étage était fixe, aux réglages sensibles et sans endroit pour poser ses affaires, juste deux petits portemanteaux dans l’alignement du jet de la douche : attention à ne pas mouiller ses affaires.
