+ Personal war sehr nett − Handtücher und Kopfkissen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Kopfkissen nicht gut geeignet von der Füllung

+ Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, sowie auch die Verkehrsanbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. − Moin, wir hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Dieses befand sich in der ersten Etage zum Garten hin. Leider fand an dem Abend/Nacht eine Feier statt. Direkt unter unserem Zimmer war die "Raucher-Ecke"! Da zog der Rauch in unser Zimmer während unserer Abwesenheit. Trotz dann des geschlossenen Fenster war die Lautstärke im Zimmer inakzeptabel. "Die Nacht war kurz", bevor wir einschlafen konnten. Warum man uns im Vorfeld nicht ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen hatte, ist für uns nicht unbegreiflich, da das Management ja von der Feierlichkeit wusste! Ob wir hier noch einmal buchen??? MfG km

Rundum empfehlenswertes Hotel mit super Personal und Service. + Rundum zufrieden, so wie es sein soll, das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. − Der zweite Rettungsweg der Dachmansarde sollte auf Funktionalität geprüft werden.
