Eh + The pool in the Ghost Bar was nice − Staff was very mean very rude. Very disrespectful did not follow through proceeded to lie to booking agency and did not give me my tub or my balcony said they gave me a balcony and it was just a window.

nice but missing simple necessities like coffee in the loby + free valet hotel close to check in nice rooms with view − no coffee in the lobby no coffee in the room no room service . The gift shop clised at 8 no sift drinks back to the block walk had to walk next door for coffee block away and I had foot surgery
