+ The staff were very kind and accommodating, the location was great, and the room was exceptional! Very clean location from the room to the lobby. It was the perfect place to stay for a concert at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing. This was my birthday weekend it was well worth the stay. + The staff , the accommodations, the area to which the hotel is located. I liked that a movie theater is next door. Myers and Walmart near by. The breakfast set up was excellent. Thank you for having turkey sausage. The beds and pillows are comfy and cozy. I will return if this continues to be the atmosphere. It was peaceful and relaxing. − N/A

− I’ve stayed at this location many times since they opened, and was always happy with the experience. However, the last 4-5 times, not so much. The front desk staff service has dropped significantly. Not very pleasant. Additionally, it seems that there are always sports teams stating there. Big problem for someone that’s trying to get a good nights sleep. I was on the third floor and my room was literally shaking due to all of the commotion above me. I called the front desk twice and finally, at 11:15pm, the noise subsided. A suggestion, why don’t you put these teams on floors 1 and 2?! Other customers can use floors 3-4. Though it’s still a lot of ruckus, at least it’s not coming from above! On my next visit, I’ll call first to confirm if there are any teams booked. If so, I’ll go elsewhere.

Clean, modern middle class hotel + Convenient location. Modern, clean hotel with reasonable amenities and a decent breakfast. − A little hard to find and get in and out of from a busy street. Breakfast was on par with other hotels, but far from exceptional.
