Clean but not any scenery + The property was clean but you could tell it was dated. − We were on the 2nd floor and the view was all of the electrical and air systems. If we booked again we would request a different floor

Restaurant staff horrible!!!!! + Loved the location. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. − The restaurant staff were horrible!!!!! Lady kept huffing and puffing about every little thing, if people came and sat, if you asked her anything! horrible service!!! Still left her a tip. Even the other lady working at the Grab & Go Cafe had a really bad attitude, really ruined my whole morning. Was really disappointed in their service and attitudes.

− The Elevator in the lobby was out of order on my first day so I had to use the service elevator. The service elevator was disgusting. I didn't like using it and I can't imagine the staff appreciates the condition. After a power outage, it took over 12 hours to restore the wifi and even though the staff was aware that the AC units in each room needed to be reset, instead of proactively checking each room, I had to request my AC to be reset at the front desk.

+ hotel was clean and comfortable − my sister was overcharged 300 dollars ,and the staff kept giving us the runaround while being courteous i might add, staff desperately need training and night supervision

Algemeen goed + Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kamer werd elke dag uitstekend schoongemaakt. Goede service door de medewerkers. Het hotelrestaurant levert goed eten, biefstuk was zeer mals. − Voornamelijk geluidsoverlast van hal en naaste kamers. De muren zijn niet geluidsdicht en de kamer/ suite deur zijn niet geluidsdicht. Je hoort alles heel goed, de tv van de overburen is zelds hoorbaar. Voor de mensen die gevoelige luchtwegen hebben is het opletten. Doordat de kamer tapijt is kan het "stoffig"benauwd zijn.

I would consider this location for future visits + The breakfast met my expectations and was prepared to 98% my satisfaction. The servers were prompt, courteous and attentive. Superior to standard 'serve yourself at other brands. − The establishment provided all my needs for a one night stay. Currently, there is nothing negative to report.

Breakfast is weird + Facility was clean and the gym was really nice. − The breakfast voucher system. It's confusing and it takes too much time to be served. If I'm eating breakfast at a hotel, I prefer to go in, get what I need, eat, and leave. We had to wait on a server to bring a menu and then had to wait for the food. Food was OK, just wasn't the service we were looking for.
