+ Fantastic for the money. Clean and comfortable. Property very well maintained. Receptionist / manager speak English - very accommodating. Easy to get to from Saman Pao Station. Very good cafe and restaurant across the street.

Love the Bangkok Patio + We are return guests to the Bangkok Patio. I think that speaks volumes, with the amount of choices out there. We love it's location, cleanliness, amazingly helpful staff, spacious room, great pool. They simply get so many things "right". Very efficient!

2.5 star Rating + Staff are not friendly and they did not maintain the cleanliness of the rooms well. Housekeeping refused to clean the rooms during my 3 nights stay. They only allow to change towels. I have to dispose the trash daily at the rubbish chute located at the staircase. Housekeeping staff also removed my laundry from the washer and dryer as they want to use it to wash their towels which I find it very rude.

+ Nice clean and spacious service apartment. Convenient. Near to BTS and tuk tuk always ready to bring u to the nearest BTS or market. Front desk is helpful. They let us use the swimming pool area to freshen up when we arrived early. Free laundry is the big bonus too, but afternoon laundry usually fully utilized by the condo workers. Would be better if they can specify timing to use. Overall good value for money

Favourite hotel, amazing experience + I stayed at four hotels during my recent overseas trip and Bangkok Patio was the second cheapest but my favourite by far. My very clean room came with a stove, microwave, free 2 minute noodles and free bottled water (unfortunately we didn’t get new bottles everyday). There was also a pickup and drop off service at the station (which is walkable but you probably want to be safe at night). Bangkok has a very good train system so being close to a station is advantageous for seeing the city. The room also comes with a 10% discount to their massages which was absolutely amazing- probably the best massage I had in all of Thailand. Overall, I would very much recommend Bangkok Patio to others.

+ The view is good, there are certain distances to other buildings. The cleanliness is okay, though there are stains on curtains. The toilet is small, it should be a design issue. The shower water sometimes hot, sometimes cold, you have to keep adjusting during your bath time. It is not annoying if you consider it is a fun! Except the night guard, all others staff politeness is so-so.

+ The position was excellent. Close to food street and railway. Free tuk tuks were a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning! + We enjoyed our stay at the Bangkok Patio. It was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the front desk staff are very friendly and knew very good English to accommodate our needs. Lastly, there’s a car shuttle that transport customers to and from the local market areas.

Outstanding hotel with a convenient location + I absolutely loved this hotel! The apartment was spacious (especially the bedroom) and comfortable, and the view from my particular room was great. The staff was so courteous and helpful, except maybe one of the maintenance staff on the third floor who was basically expressionless every time I saw her. The check-in process was fast and smooth and I adore the girl who checked me in. I saw her every day during my stay and every time she saw me, she would ask if there was anything she could help me with (with my room, with the area, with recommendations for sightseeing). The pool, sauna, and exercise room were terrific as well. Another highlight of this place is its proximity to the BTS Sanam Pao station. It's literally a 5-minute walk. The hotel offers free tuk-tuk service to the BTS station if you cannot or do not want to walk. The free tuk-tuk will also take you to the a local supermarket around the corner in case you need to buy anything…

+ The free tuk tuk rides are super short, they won’t take you just anywhere. The elephant statues in the pool don’t work, they turn off your ac every time they come to your room. Really clean super helpful close to food, Thai massages. Definitely worth the price. The pool is relaxing and really clean salt water. I miss it already.

+ The Patio is located off the main road, and provides a level of peace and quiet that is welcomed in Bangkok. Its not a huge hotel and the front of house staff (who spoke English really well) went above and beyond to offer advice and other assistance. We stayed in a twin room on level 7. This was ideal for us and mother. The room provided cooking facilities if needed, but the in house menu and room service was inexpensive and exceptional! (staff went to local 7-11 and brought item with meal) We will surely stay again when we next travel up to Bangkok. The Thai massages provided through the hotel at a local spa we're 'the best', and another reason we will be staying here again.

Good location, old hotel, no breakfast hotel + The hotel has pretty old furnitures and a bit too many mirrors in the room. However location is convenient to Bts station.

Great for family, good location and nice staff. + This was a great start to our holiday, very nice service and perfect size apartment for our family of 4! Has everything you would need and is located in a good place with the skytrain literally just round the corner 5mins walk or take free tuk tuk from the hotel. Would recommend and will stay again sometime. Thank you and A+ from us!

Regular guest facing bad experience + I have been a regular guest since 2010 and visited Patio every year in Dec without fail. Unfortunately, this would be the last visit. Disappointed by the front office staff who wanted to charge additional pax for my 2 small kids without even greeted upon checking in. Informed her that I hv been a regular guest and she mentioned that I have booked a smaller room. Secondly, spoke to the same staff to ask for bottled water to replenish and was told to come down to purchase. Stayed for 2 nights but was only given 2 bottle for the entire stay. Thirdly, housekeeping maid opened the door using her key after knocking several times without waiting while my family and I were inside the room. I find this is totally unacceptable. She could have waited a little while or give a call to the room. Lastly, about cleanliness. There were many pigeons dropping at the pool area when I went to the pool side from 530 to 6pm in the evening. Looked up at the rooftop and s…

+ This became our home in Bangkok for several months, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Very competitive price for what you get compared to other serviced apartments. Very nice, bright and spacious apartment with huge bedroom and living room with a small dining table. A small kitchen sufficient for simple cooking. Small but nice pool, and also a very nice gym, hardly ever busy. Staff is so nice and helpful. Would be nice with more restaurants in the immidiate area but Ari is nearby (we always walked, it is one BTS station away) with many, many cafes and restaurants. We hope to come back!

+ The ticketing area is huge with many places to go. English signage is absent or unclear

+ The property was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing is the beds were very hard. I had a sore back every morning and didn't get much sleep.

+ Pros: clean, spacious, good service Cons: people were smoking in our floor and made our entire apartment fetid. Sound proofing is really bad, you can hear your neighbours loud and clear

+ This is a great choice if you’re looking for longer stays. The downside is they only do house keeping once a week or u pay a 500 baht fee for them to clean the room. The tuktuk is very convenient and takes u to the bts station. The front staff are friendly enough. The rooms are very clean and the views are nice.
