Excellent service + Oww the staff are very friendly I absolutely love and enjoy everything about pinelodge and even my daughter was super happy because I took her for her birthday weekend.... − The WiFi Is not available in the cabins

Shocking Facilities + Friendly staff. Security very good. Good clean chalets. Clean towels. − Balcony structure needs attention - very unsafe and very dangerous. Stove so rusted and oven does not work. Bed terrible - so hard and very uncomfortable! Shower very slippery and dangerous.

It is brilliantly situated and well run but the general upkeep/maintenance is not what it was before + The unit itself was clean and tidy. The staff (reception, cleaners and security) was very pleasant and helpful. − The mattress in the bedroom was not comfortable. The couch in the living room smells and does not serve as a suitable sleeping option. The immediate exterior perimeter was littered.
