We enjoyed a big room & nice breakfast buffet, but we had some issues. + Good breakfast. Spacious room. − They don’t provide bath towels! We confirmed that they only have face towels. We requested extra towels and received 6 face towels for 4 ppl each day. The phone in the room was disconnected so it was hard to communicate with the front desk. Had to drive 3 minutes each way when we had questions. WiFi stopped working about 24 hours before checkout and never worked again. Kitchen usage is prohibited even though there’s a nice kitchen!

+ 조식부페 퀄리티는 좋았습니다 가짓수도 많고 신선했습니다 룸 컨디션은 아주 좋았고 침구나 화장실의 청결도도 매우 좋았습니다 골프패키지로만 예약할 수 있는게 아닌 점도 매우 중요한 장점이고요 콘도가 아니라 단지 내 편의시설은 없지만 24시 편의점이 있는게 반갑네요 정말 조용하고 한적하게 쉴 수도 우리만의 시간을 보낼 수도 있는 너무 좋은 숙소입니다 종합적으로 저렴한 가성비라고 하기 어려울 정도로 좋았습니다 − 조식은 괜찮았으나 2만원이 넘는 가격이라면 불포함시 선택이 고민됨 새별오름 근처에 있는 숙소위치는 마치 더블역세권 같은 조건(제주도 서귀포도 애매함) 제주청정자연을 느낄 수 있으나 곤충 등을 통틀어 벌레취급하시는 분이라면 놀랄지도(라바인 뉴욕의 자벌레 실물을 처음 봄)

+ The breakfast was superb with lots of delicious options The rooms are big and I like that we have two bathrooms for the family − The room was dusty. We coughed from the dust and struggled to adjust to sleep. The lights were dim and when we arrived on a misty night, the place looks eerie. The outdoor was dirty too. The place looks outdated and not well maintained. No bath towels were provided,just small ones the size of hand towels.
