− The beds were the worst we have ever slept on! We woke up in pain each day. Additionally, the reason we chose this location was for the hot tub. I've never been to a hotel where you have to reserve the hot tub in advance, and when we did - the hot tub was still freezing cold! So we never got to use it. So disappointing. Last, there was a coffee machine in the room, but the staff never gave us new coffee after the first day, so we weren't able to use the coffee machine much either.

Muy buena propiedad, con algunas fallas que se podrían mejorar para que llegara a ser óptima. + Muy cómoda, lindo mobiliario, buenas camas, buenos baños − Que el departamento era en un subsuelo, muy frío, bastante ruidoso, nunca nos avisaron que estaba situado allí. Tenía un termita que de muy pocos litros y el agua se enfriaba en menos de terminar un baño. Bastante incómodo. Luego de la limpieza nunca reponían bien la cantidad de toallas adecuada.

Estancia muy confortable con un nivel muy TOP + Lo que más me gusto del apartamento la amplitud, el estado del mobiliario , y la amabilidad en todo momento del personal de la recepción y en especial de Alberto el encargado de todo , tuve un pequeño problema y al minuto me lo resolvió de forma eficaz, la verdad es que viajo 3 veces al año por trabajo siempre había ido de hotel pero esta experiencia hará que sea me sitio oficial en CDMX. Fue un gran acierto escoger este tipo de alojamiento , tanto por ubicación como por calidad del apartamento.
