We felt very safe and comfortable at the accommodations. The support staff was great! + The location of the property was ideal and close to the main attractions. − I wish the lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter and I wish that the refrigerator had worked, but honestly it was not that big of a deal.

Great Guest Home in a quiet and safe location. Will definitely recommend this place to friends. + Location was very quiet and safe. Owner was so friendly and even coordinated a taxi for us to Malpensa airport when we checked out. Rolan, the manager was always willing to help in any way to make our stay more enjoyable. This person is an asset to the company. − Nothing.

Great location and comfortable stay. + Nice, large, comfortable room. Great location. Easy walk to the Duomo and great restaurants. Friendly staff. We did not have breakfast there but it did look delicious. − We have no complaints.

Clean, convenient place to stay, close to the university and walkable to sites. + Location was good, a few blocks from the train, very close to the university but not in a bad way, just lots of kids in the later afternoon enjoying a beer on a hot evening. Breakfast not included with stay. We took the bus to visit Davinci's Last Supper and on the way back stopped at the Duomo which was fabulous, both places were. Coffe pot would have been good to have but overall a good place to stay. − We were only in Milan a few nights so we would have to have stayed longer to answer. Coffe pot would have been nice to have.

Quiet, charming guest house in excellent location in Milan + Loved this guest house with close proximity to the Duomo and the metro and tram system to get us everywhere we wanted to go but on a very quiet street. Our room was charming and comfortable. Made to order breakfast was very good. Staff was lovely. Although they do not staff the desk all day, communication was very easy if you needed something and provided some nice local restaurant recommendations. − I believe there are only two floors and there is no elevator but this was not a problem for us.

Satisfied + The location was fantastic and the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. − The room had a strong mildew smell when the A/C was running. Putting that aside, everything else was great.

Very pleasant stay, with a great location and helpful staff! + Great communication with the staff. They were very helpful with directions, check in and check out times, and other questions we had. Very polite and friendly as well. Did not try the breakfast. − The room felt a bit cramped and small, and the duvet is very cold. Perhaps it's because in norway we are used to a little more weight in the duvet.

+ The property was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for touring the main cultural sites around the Duomo. The staff did a fantastic job of making us feel welcome and supported during our stay. The breakfast was outstanding and included home baked cakes. − There was nothing we didn't like.
