+ Der Blick aufs Matterhorn − Teilweise niedrige Deckenhöhe und die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas kompliziert durch eine riesen Baustelle davor

En general, disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este hotel. + Catalina, la recepcionista y las señoras que limpiaban la habitación. El desayuno tiene suficientes opciones. Está muy cerca del funicular. Admite perros, por lo que había muchos turistas con sus mascotas. − Las almohadas eran demasiado finas. La comida del restaurante no tenía nada de especial. Estábamos en Italia, así que esperábamos mejor comida.

+ ottima colazione, con personale disponibile e premuroso. Siamo arrivati in moto ed era prevista pioggia; la gentilissima receptionist ci ha proposto di ricoverare la moto in garage ad un prezzo davvero modico. Il vero valore aggiunto della struttura è la posizione; si raggiunge il centro, a piedi, in pochissimi minuti. − E' evidente che la struttura, pur rinnovata, non è modernissima; la strada di accesso non è particolarmente agevole; spero che i lavori in corso possano facilitare il percorso.

+ das frühstück lässt keine wünsche offen.die lage direkt an der seilbahn super .wenn jemand das alpine crossing macht die ideale übernachtungsmöglichkeit. das zimmer funkrionell einfach alles da.sehr modernes hotel − es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden.ideal wäre ein getränkeautomat,da mann ausser der baröffnungszeit an keine getränke kommt.ein leider leerer kühlschrank ist im zimmer vorhanden

Struttura carina e accogliente + Ottima e abbondante la colazione, camere calde e piacevoli, bellissimi locali, sala , soggiorno ecc. − Doccetta per sciacquarsi troppo piccola e lavabo strano e ingombrante.

+ La pulizia delle camere. Tutti i giorni sono venuti a pulire e la biancheria da bagno cambiata 2 volte in una settimana. − La colazione. Da rivedere. La colazione dolce lascia molto a desiderare. La salata offriva uova e bacon, e salumi, ma niente di eccezionale. Qualitativamente molto scarsa.
