Staff were terrible, spa was broken and very dirty. + Location and apartment − We arrived outside of reception hours and were supposed to collect keys via a lock box using a code provided which was incorrect code. I called the contact phone number and was greeted by an extremely rude person who advised they were in town having dinner! It was eventually sorted but left me feeling very shocked and extra upset,it ruined our whole stay. It was an absolute nightmare.

Wonderful location, friendly staff and the apartment itself was excellent value for money. + Location is excellent and the rooms were clean and well presented. − This is very minor, but the pillow were very soft.

Lower levels far too loud + Comfortable bed, very clean, nice bathroom − Right above the tram line with poor sound proofing meant I didn’t sleep.

Need better dealings around windows, or better glazing (if not double glazing) on the windows to cut this down
