Great time in the city and the beach! + It was very close to the center. We use the metro to go to the beach and was very easy! Lots of things to do near by! Very close to the market!

Mercat area + Everything is fine about the appartment. We had a stay with a toddler and a dog. Apparment is fine, has all the basic needs covered. Hot water, 2 small balconies, tv, a kettle, a fridge and a working fine air conditioning, that is amaizong for Valencia weather. The building has an elevator. − About the apprtment, the bed is a twin bed, and the parts are sliding. if you sleep with you partner in the same bed, you’re always falling between the beds. Not about the appartment - the building is not really stroller friendly, and the neighbourhood is not dog friendly, If you choose a stay with a dog, be aware that this is mercat area, there are lots of bad smells for the dog, and there aren’t any green zones, better choose something close to a green zone.

+ I really enjoyed the location of the accommodation. It was excellent and very well connected to all parts of the city, making it easy and convenient to get around. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location and found it to be a great base for exploring the city. − There are a few areas that could be improved to make the accommodation more comfortable and enjoyable for future guests. Some of the furniture and fixtures appear somewhat dated and could benefit from updating. In the kitchen, for example, there were several loose screws and some cabinet doors were not properly secured. The clothes-drying rack was also available, but unfortunately it was in rather poor condition and could benefit from being replaced. In terms of comfort, I found the mattress quite firm, while the pillow was perhaps too soft, so replacing or upgrading these could make a noticeable difference. It would also be helpful to provide guests with some basic instructions inside the accommodation, particularly …

Appartamente molto centrale + Appartamento per 4 persone Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale Salone con divano letto e angolo cottura Parcheggio auto vicinissimo al costo di 18 euro al giorno Check-in on line, abbiamo ricevuto il codice per entrare nel palazzo e le indicazioni per aprire la cassaforte e prendere le chiavi dell'appartamento e il telecomando del garage. Excelente + la ubicacion sin duda es muy buena, estas en pleno centro de valencia, por las noches es una super experiencia el salir a comer o caminar, el piso es tal cual las fotos, es un plus que te ofrezcan parking porque es casi imposible estacionar en la zona

Appartement 1 chambre très sympa + La situation géographique, la climatisation, l'équipement de la cuisine ainsi que les couverts, liquide vaisselle, etc), l'abondance de serviettes, les lits confortables et la propreté, la sécurité du lieu et la bonne insonorisation. La communication avec les logeurs (qui est une entreprise) est facile. La présence d'un parking, même s'il est payant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. − Rien de très grave mais l'état de la salle de bain, un peu moins bien que le reste. Pour sortir du parking et laisser les clefs, vu que c'est en plein centre, c'est un peu délicat mais ce n'est pas de la responsabilité du logeur.

Great plase for an adventure starting point. + Location is key for this appartment. Its location allows you to go everywhere by bike and everywhere near by foot. Don't get car! Get bikes. It is the most convenient way to get around the entire city even with kids age of 7 and 9. The most important thing was that the air conditioning was working perfectly fine, it was cool inside and you can get a much needed rest after exausting hot day. − Don't expect luxury. The apartment covers the bare minimum of living and nothing more. The biggest drawback for us was the lack of bike parking or place to leave the bikes inside the building. But we left them on the next street outside all night for seven days.

+ Posizione perfetta, in pieno centro con tanti locali e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Contattare la struttura è semplice e veloce, così come le istruzioni per il check in. L’appartamento è grande e i letti sono comodi − Suggerirei solo di aggiustare alcune mattonelle rotte, perché ci si potrebbe far male.
