Séjour fabuleux avec un bébé de 18 mois + Nous avons fortement apprécié l’esprit familiale de l’établissement. Le personnel est adorable et très serviable (réception , femmes de ménages, service de cuisine, etc). Les services proposés sont simples mais suffisant pour nous. L’hôtel est propre. La cuisine reste variée même s’il manque des pancake ou gaufre au petit déjeuner. Merci à toute l’équipe − L’établissement semble avoir été repeint mais l’appartement était effectivement vieillissant (finitions apparentes). Cela ne nous empêcherait pas de revenir. Sa coma reste quand même assez calme et peu animé contrairement aux villes autour. C’est donc un bon pied à terre (qualité/prix) mais si on recherche plus d’animations vaut mieux aller à cala ratjada / millor …

+ Breakfast was decent, while the lunch and dinner options were very good. The hotel is conveniently located within a comfortable walking distance of the main beach. As we were driving, having free parking available next to the hotel was also a great benefit. Most importantly, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. − The beds/mattresses could benefit from an upgrade, as they were quite noisy and I could hear every movement or turn during the night. Additionally, when the air conditioning was switched on, a specific smell came from the vent, which should be investigated and cleaned.

+ Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji , utrzymany w dużej czystości sprzątane codziennie pokoje jak i na terenie hotelu miła obsługa . Bus hotelowy co 15 min na plaże świetne rozwiązanie . − W opisie hotelu animacje rozrywka -niestety animacje tylko dla dzieci i to bardzo słabe po tym zero animacji dla dorosłych . Jedzenie bardzo słabe osoby które piszą że jest duży wybór i smaczne myślę że są to osoby które były pierwszy raz na allclusiv albo jeździły do jeszcze słabszych hoteli . Jedzenie oceniam bardzo słabo . Hotel polecam tylko dla bardzo mało wymagających oraz tylko z małymi dziećmi starsze dzieci absolutnie nie mają co robić w tym hotelu

Maravillosas vacaciones + Lo mejor sin duda es el personal que trabaja ahi, toda la animación que tiene, todos los días hay actividades tanto para los adultos como para los niños. El buffet no tiene demasiada variedad pero no se come mal. El personal del restaurante está siempre pendiente de que todo esté limpio. Los chicos de animación son encantadores. A parte del buffet tienen un pequeño snack que dan a media mañana y a media tarde, así como toda la bebida que quieras a lo largo del día. − Si tuviera que poner alguna pega seria que el apartamento tiene una pequeña cocina pero no tiene nada de menaje, aunque con el buffet tampoco ha hecho falta. Y en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación no está mal, pero sí que tiene cosillas por mejorar, igual que desperfectos que arreglar. Los horarios del buffet no son horarios para españoles, pero bueno, al final te adaptas. Pequeñas cosas que no han empañado nuestra magnífica estancia en el hotel.

+ We enjoyed the overall architecture and vibe of the hotel. Great pool and other activities for kids. Animators were great too. Thumbs up for the kitchen for keeping all food available till the very last minute. Fish every day and a good selection of sweets. Beach towels can be rented at reception for €2. Second hand beach umbrellas available at animation office for €2. Free shuttle minibus to the beach available at certain times of the day. Parking is free in front of the hotel as well as the rest of Sa Coma. − Food quality was overalll fine given the price category but we did not like the low quality cheese and ham available at breakfast. There was tasty local cheese often at lunch and dinner.

+ A simpatia de todos os funcionários foi excelente. A equipa de animação é muito boa, sempre muito simpática, disponível e bem-disposta. No geral, o ambiente do hotel é muito confortável, acolhedor e agradável. Os jardins e espaços exteriores estão muito bem cuidados e a limpeza é excelente. A piscina é também muito agradável e contribui para um ambiente muito tranquilo e descontraído. − A limpeza dos quartos é bastante básica e pouco eficiente. Na nossa opinião, seria preferível que fosse realizada com menos frequência, mas de forma mais cuidada e eficaz. A alimentação é, sem dúvida, um dos aspetos que mais poderia melhorar. Existe bastante variedade e quantidade, mas a comida é demasiado industrializada. Preferíamos menos quantidade e variedade, privilegiando uma maior qualidade e uma confeção mais natural. Os pequenos-almoços tornam-se muito repetitivos, com pouca variedade ao longo dos dias. As bebidas são maioritariamente provenientes de máquinas e sentimos falta de opções simpl…

В цілому непогано, але враження зіпсували ці речі. + Сподобалось великий басейн, зона амфітеатру, велика територія. − Все розміщено в різних місцях готелю. Туалету біля ресторану немає, знаходиться далеко. Було б зручніше щоб сцена була біля столиків і бару. Зубочисток немає. Просять повертати стакани після напою. Не вистачало креветок.

Navetta per la spiaggia molto comoda. − Il cibo del ristorante non può essere apprezzato da un italiano, è un buffet stile internazionale. Data la presenza di tanti turisti tedeschi anche l'animazione (es. Canzoni della baby dance) si concentrava sugli stranieri ed era poco spagnola/mediterranea.

Ci siamo trovati bene, nonostante cucina poco varia. + La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff e la pulizia delle camere.Struttura non troppo grande e quindi non affollata la sala da pranzo. − Colazione dolce era veramente poco varia, ci voleva qualche brioche in più. Inoltre il pesce o la carne alla piastra erano troppo secchi.
