+ Personal sehr nett und kompetent. Ich habe auf den letzten Drücker gebucht, nachdem der andere Unterkunftgeber mich kurzfristig abgesagt hat. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Ich durfte mein Gepäck kostenlos tagsüber aufbewshren lassen.

Location good , but need improvenents in bathroom and helpful staff would be a bonus + The location was perfect , very close to the station − Too many stairs and nobody to help yo take luggage to the room , the toilet was leaking every time it was flushed

+ The location was perfect , staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a large window which when fully opened let some breeze in. Also a fan which helped too. Beds were comfortable the bathroom was small but functional it served it's purpose for 2 nights. A little table area with mirror for doing hair which helps the ladies we would book again. + The hotel is clean, safe and value for money in a good location. Want to call out the staff - all friendly throughout my stay. I left my work iphone in my room on day of departure - called the next day and was able to pick up a couple of days later. Thank you!

Great location but poor rooms + Location is great. Front desk staff are very nice. Price was reasonable. − No elevator. Narrow stairs that can barely fit a person listing a suitcase. Stairs are steep. Bathroom is not clean. Shower takes a good 2 to 3 minutes before hot water comes on. Room is very tiny and barely has any room to move.

Hôtel très bien placé, un peu bruyant. + Hôtel très bien placé. Chambre propre, plutôt confortable même si petite et personnel agréable. − Hôtel particulièrement bruyant, surtout si la chambre donne sur la rue. Le prix semble un peu exagéré, même en prenant en compte la localisation juste à côté de St Pancras.

Ok for us for one night in the middle of London + One of the cheaper hotels in middle of London − Room was quite small. We were in the attic as we booked quite late. It was hot but there were two electric fans and you could open the window

I loved the location, close to bus stop & train including St Pancras International + The ensuite room had a large window, blockout curtains, tv, kettle, fan everything for a comfortable stay in central London − Maybe the 2 flights stairs, but hey the exercise is good

Within walking distance to all the major London attractions that I visit especially the British library. Just across the + I’m a returning guest because I find it central to everything I require when I visit london. − Nothing

Never again + Location and price. − Windows do not open properly, bathroom with rusted pipes, problems with plumbing, overused bedsheets and towels, inexistent sound proof.
