A lovely stay in a great location + The hotel is in a lovely location adjacent to a very old church. The hotel itself is also very old and pretty from the outside. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices and our room and bathroom was big, overlooking the front − The lamp illuminating the Kings Arms sign was on the wall immediately next to the bedroom window. As the curtains were very thin our room was quite bright when the bedroom light was out. The early morning sun also came straight through the curtains. Thicker curtains would solve these problems. Althoigh the hotel is charming it is also a little tired in places especially going up the stairs to the bedroom.

Chilled and great atmosphere would recommend + Beautiful old pub in an old village. Food was great and staff friendly − We had a dog with us so wasn’t in a refurbished bit but was perfect for an overnight stay

Lovely location, excellent food and friendly staff + Beautiful setting, lovely old building. Excellent food and friendly staff − Two small things really. Bath extremely slippy when having shower and wardrobe couldn’t be used as there was a bed in there

Comfortable stay in lovely old pub. Good meal in the quaint pub restaurant. + Lovely pub, updated but retaining some old original features. − Parking! It was difficult to go to the car park and if no space you had to reverse all the way down the drive! There needs to be a space left clear for turning.
