+ The staff was very welcoming and helped in our check in and out that went so smoothly. Also, the pool was refreshing and calm.This was an amazing experience. We recommend. − The room wasn't perfectly clean, there was some spiderweb all around the roof and above the lights. Also, the shower and the kitchen were dusty.

Cómoda etancia, lamentable recibimiento + El apartamento era cómodo y la piscina muy buena con el atento socorrista Nicolo. Tuvimos una estancia de 3 noches agradable. − La ubicación está apartada de todos los lugares de interés, hasta para ir al pueblo al que pertenece, Carros (por cierto muy bonito), necesitas el coche. Pero lo peor fue el trato de la recepción a la llegada, hicimos el checking, nos dieron las tarjetas de entrada, descargamos todo el equipaje de las 7 personas que íbamos, cogimos el ascensor pero no encontrábamos las habitaciones, bajé nuevamente a preguntarles y me dijeron que estaban en el 2º piso pero no era así, afortunadamente una señora de la limpieza nos indicó que estaban en otro edificio apartado donde se encontraban los apartamentos, que aquello eran habitaciones de hotel. Tuvimos que bajar nuevamente todo el equipaje, volver a meterlo en el coche y desplazarnos al otro edificio. Todo esto ante la mirada imperturbable de los 3 recepcionistas que supongo qu…

Vacances parfaites à Appart Hotel Lou Castelet + Accessibilité en voiture et parking protégé. Gentillesse de tout le personnel et restauration au top. Piscine très agréable, bien équipée et des places pour tous. Climatisation très appréciable.

A revoir pour en faire un lieu d exception + Emplacement Petit déjeuner au sein de l hôtel parfait − Le canapé lit est a changé tellement il fait du bruit Il manque micro ondes La terrasse n est pas équipée de transat et autres Il faut revoir tout l ensemble : bcp d investissement nécessaire car le lieu est top mais resté dans son jus des années 80
