+ Room was clean with a comfortable bed. A lot of the light didn't work and I was evicted from my room before check out time. − Having to vacate my room early

+ The staff is welcoming and the apartments spacious, clean and there is a kitchen. The bed is very comfortable. Free coffee and water at the reception. This is my second stay here so I enjoy this building and the neighbourhood! Quite reasonable for NYC!

+ Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. It is centrally located and within walking distance of quite a few attractions. Great location. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel if I plan to stay in lower Manhattan again! − The elevator could use improvement. The elevator slows down excessively as it approaches the floor. In addition, only one of the elevators was working which created a bottleneck.

Das preis-leistungs-Verhältnis ist okay. Je nach Jahreszeit wäre es gut um das Problem mit der Klimaanlage zu wissen. Fü + Die Lage ist phänomenal, fussläufig zur Brooklyn Bridge und Battery Park, kurzer Weg zur Subway. Das Zimmer war für NY-Verhältnisse sehr groß, es gab einen Kühlschrank (nicht nur minibar) und eine Mikrowelle. − Die Klimaanlage war extrem laut, also wirklich richtig laut, und befand sich direkt neben einem der Betten. Ohne Ohropax keine Chance zu schlafen. Diese Klimaanlage ist außerdem weder leistungsstark (wir mussten sie auf niedrigste Temperatur einstellen um das zimmer auf 25-26 grad zu kühlen), und in der Nacht hatte sie mehrmals Aussetzer und lief gar nicht mehr. Wir haben das Problem der Unterkunft gemeldet und hoffen für die nächsten Gäste, dass es behoben wird.

Personale sempre gentile. Struttura silenziosa. + Molto bella la camera e anche la vista sul financial district. Ottimo il servizio di pulizia. − La moquette nei corridoi e uno dei due ascensori non utilizzabile. Alcuni mobili della camera erano un po’ datati e il water non scaricava molto bene.

+ If you want to feel like Mr Big while visiting NYC this is the place (the red wall, the financial district lol). Loved our stay here! We got one of the bigger suits and it was perfect. The area is very nice and chill, close to subways and buses. The staff was really nice, especially the receptionist with a french accent, she was so sweet and helpful! − The elevator was the slowest one I’ve ever experienced in my 30 years of life lol
