− Front desk double charge me now I have to wait for the pending charge to drop. When I asked her about it she was rude saying check with general manager

Ew − The room had these little shards on the floor, I’m not sure if it was glass, or something else, the water also had these black little things, I’m not even sure what they were, also I don’t even know what it was but something disgusting was just there??? I’m not even sure how to describe it but I attached a picture

− Extremely disappointing experience — poor customer service I had a paid reservation at WoodSpring Suites Charlotte - University Research Park. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist was extremely disappointing. I politely asked to use the restroom, but I was met with a rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming response. The way I was treated made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and I no longer felt confident staying at the hotel. Because of this interaction, I made the decision not to proceed with my stay despite having already paid. A hotel’s staff represents the entire establishment. Even when a request cannot be accommodated due to policy, guests and customers should be treated with respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I hope management takes this matter seriously, reviews the conduct of the staff involved, and takes steps to ensure other guests do not experience the same treatment.

Everything was good + I liked the large room and the fact that there was a kitchenette in the room with cooktop, regular sized fridge, etc − I understand the cleaning aspect as well as possible loss, but it would be nice to have items like a pot and pan with a lid along with a spatula in the room, or available to use.

Hotel needs to be upgraded more comforts create a classy environment + No Breakfast location was excellent − An iron and board more cups a Bible more comfortable bed

Terrible + Nothing. Found 3 cockroaches in my room. Asked to be reimbursed for my stay, asked to speak to a manager and the staff would not even give me the name − Very low quality. Very unprofessional. I did not have toilet paper for the majority of my work week.
