+ Good price, overally good − Water was a little stinky (like mold smell) on the tap, and there was no other option at the lobby.

+ Close to New York. Very convenient shadow to manhattan We were housed on the property in a smaller building. Safe quiet and secure.

value for money + Good location, near ALDI and shopping center. Public transport or shuttle bus to NewYork 20 minutes. Light breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, toast, jam) included. − On the morning of our arrival they sent an email that our reservation has been cancelled due to Booking.com hasn't transferred the fee of our rooms. If we want to keep the reservation, we have to provide our credit card and pay the fee. It took several 2 telephone conversations with the hotel and the Booking.com to clarify the situation.

Overall ( for the price) it was a good stay. + Quick transfer to Times Square ( 4 Dollars), clean rooms − Breakfast is a bit disappointing. Everyday Toast with strawberry jam….Container to store the luggage smelled like something died in there!
