Un séjour très agréable dans un établissement au bon standing + - L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très proche de la mer et des transports en commun - La chambre, bien équipée, avev vue sur mer et son grand balcon - L'aimabilité du personnel (à la réception comme au bar) - Le personnel de ménage très efficace - La communication préalable avec le staff - La procédure rapide du check in (en plus, ils m'ont laissé rentrer en avance dans ma chambre quand je suis arrivé tôt) - Les chauffeurs et VTC peuvent se garer facilement devant l'hôtel − - La piscine très petite et peu profonde dans laquelle on ne peut pas véritablement nager si vous êtes un adulte - Des frais supplémentaires (destination fees) appliquées lors du check out dont nous n'avions pas connaissance lors de la réservation ici sur Booking, que l'établissement devrait clairement indiquer sur sa page de réservation par souci de transparence avec le consommateur. Excelente experiencia + La habitación es muy cómoda y luminosa Todo estuvo muy bien ,destaco el personal , y sobre todo a Alejandro en el front desk. Todos han sido super amables. Atendiero todas nuestras necesidades. Excelente personal en todo el hotel, un placer la atención al cliente. − Mejoraría sólo la oferta del desayuno, lo haría mas variado y completo. Incluiría el café de Starbucks en el precio que ya se paga por el desayuno. Muy tranquilo para desayunar.

Great value. + Location close to the beach, very nice room, cleanliness, nice and helpful personnel, bike rental included. − I had an issue with payment and deposit, and I had no email no write. I needed to call the hotel directly and it took me a few calls for them to help me out.

Comfortable but very low end 4 stars + The bed is comfortable and the bathroom was convenient specially the dual shower head function − The staff was rude after we asked for our room to be made and it wasn’t, also housekeeping stole an item I left in the room. Also the hotel is marketed as a 4star hotel when it should be 3 stars really.

Dobry hotel na krotki pobyt + Lokalizacja, czystość, przestronny pokój, basen na dachu, smaczne śniadanie − Śniadanie było bardzo dobre jak na standardy lokalne, ale mimo wszystko nie było żadnych warzyw. Co do obsługi mamy bardzo skrajne doświadczenia - były osoby, które niestety wprowadziły nas w błąd co do godziny śniadania w dniu wylotu i rano zostaliśmy bez możliwości zjedzenia śniadania mimo że było opłacone, z kolei inna osoba z obsługi przejęła się tematem i starała się bardzo ten błąd naprawić i ostatecznie zorganizowała nam na szybko tuż przed wyjazdem śniadanie na wynos.

− Good afternoon. We stayed at the hotel from the 5th to the 9th. Everything was perfect, but when we got home yesterday, I realized that the shorts I had bought at the "Alo" store on the 7th didn't make it back with us. They were inside the shopping bag along with other purchases. We’ve never had an incident like this before; I’m really upset, as the bag only went from the store to our car. I would like you to check into this internally; we were staying in room 422.

Overall a great experience for a few days in Miami! + I enjoyed the view, the room with the balcony, the staff were amazing and accounted me to all that I needed. Everything is walking distance which makes it very easy to get to, pool was great, beach and towels and bicycles were provided. There is a Starbucks attached and a bar with games on the property. Breakfast was available with pay. Everything was great! The best part was the view and staffing. I’ll certainly come again! − The room was not updated and new, floors in the room were torn and toilet seat was scraped up. In poor condition but overall operating.
