Absolutely everything + Absolutely everything – the room is exactly the same as in the photos, with coffee available 24/7. The staff are helpful, friendly and always smiling. There’s plenty of parking; everything is nearby – all the shops, all the restaurants and all the cafés. − The only thing I didn’t like was that, during my week’s holiday, the toilet paper wasn’t changed once until I asked for a roll myself. And towards the end of my holiday, the roll of toilet paper I’d bought myself was taken away, and they didn’t put a new one in its place.

We keep coming back. + Clean, location,friendly staff,well equipped kitchen,… we have stayed there several times − Nothing. Every thing is top notch

+ Free breakfast, except the woman at the desk told us breakfast was until 10 AM. We got down there at 8:50 only to find out breakfast folds up at 9 AM − A cleaning person knocked and immediately let himself in and then knocked on the bathroom door while my wife was in there. So I told them at the desk and said we'll be out of the room in 30 minutes. They construed that as don't clean the room ??? So the next day they sent a non English speaking person who when he "cleaned" the room , the bed looked like a 5 year old made it, no coffee replacement, no new towels. On day 7 they locked us out of our room and tried to turn it around on us because we had added an extra day. My wife is handicapped, which I told the hotel when speaking with them yet they put us about as far from the elevator as you can get. There is a big sign in the hotel saying if there is any problem they'll make it right. This hotel has gone downhill. And the desk people do not have the word "sorry" in their vocabulary.…

Overall good, but getting good night sleep is important to me. + I love the room lay out and cleanliness − I only have one complaint and that is the sheets. The polyester sheets don’t breath and I never get a good nights sleep. Miss the cotton sheets!
