+ The bed was lush and comfortable and we got upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet was great and the spa area was a nice touch. We were in a lovely location and the room felt clean and crisp. The staff even let us check in early and check out late.

Bad start and downhill from there. + Facility was clean, that was about all I can say. − Charging guests $25 to check in early is extremely poor taste. We were there around 1 and a room was available. We didn't ask for an upgrade or anything either. The "bistro" feels like a dungeon with zero windows in it. The bed was so horribly soft, creaked, and the pillows were pretty much non-existent. The room layout is super weird, with the vanity directly in front of the bed and completely separate from the bathroom.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will book it again next time I’m in Spokane. Our balcony room was spaciou + The location on the Spokane River was great! Close to Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail and the vibrant downtown area. − Can’t think of a thing!

Don't stay here if you value your belongings + Nothing. − The seems to allow "Finders Keepers" when it comes to guest personal items that are accidentally left behind. Staff uses a third party "lost and found" system to avoid complaints and allow potential theft of guest valueables.

The staff made our stay well worth it! + The staff went above and beyond! They were great! − Boxwood bushes outside the windows smell like cat pee and our room smelled like cat pee. Drain in sink was clogged. Walls are very thin.

Left my orthotics and was able to pick them up on my way back through town! Thanks! + Potatoes were the only thing I could eat. No turkey sausage option. Can’t eat eggs. No gluten…. I a tough one.

Very nice, will stay there again if we visit Spokane. + All needs of a traveler were met. We had no gripes. Front deskers were friendly and the room had everything we needed, plus it was nice and quiet. The hotel is also well located in downtown Spokane, close to the beautiful Riverfront. − If you can call it a gripe - there was a problem that torpedoed the evening bistro downstairs. The hotel couldn't fix whatever it was, and whipped up the best they could do in the lobby. The problem was fixed by the following morning for breakfast.
