+ Minden szükséges (éttermek, élelmiszer boltok, kávézók, masszázs) gyalog pár perc alatt elérhető közelségben van, mégis csendes környék. Szuper, hogy kaptunk bicikliket, amikkel pár perc alatt a tengerparton voltunk. Daniel, a tulajdonos mindig elérhető volt Whatsapp-on, mindenben segített. A ház gyönyörű, modern, mindennel felszerelt. Jól éreztük magunkat, ha tehetjük, biztosan visszatérünk még! − A felső szinten voltak szúnyogok, pedig nagyon vigyáztunk, hogy csak nappal szellőztettünk és elektromos szúnyogriasztót is használtunk (mondjuk ettől nem nagyon riadtak meg, lehet, hogy az európai szer nem hatott rájuk), de alapvetően nem volt probléma, mert úgy vettük észre, hogy nem csíptek, csak zavartak.

+ Отличное отношение цена - качество. В пешей доступности от двух пляжей Раваи и Януи. По нашей просьбе предоставили 2 дополнительных велосипеда к уже двум имеющимся - велосипеды в хорошем состоянии. Уборка ежедневно, полотенца меняли раз в 2-3 дня. Своё парковочное место скрытое от солнца. При выезде за электричество оплату не взяли, как и за 2 разбитых стакана - залог вернули в полном объёме. Хозяин всегда на связи в WhatsApp, все вопросы решаются быстро, поздний выезд одобрили без доплаты. Всем рекомендую. − Всё хорошо

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in gehobener Villa + Tolle Villa, so wie beschrieben. Moderne Ausstattung die an den europäischen Standard heran kommt. Toller Pool. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal vor Ort sowie reibungsloser Kontakt mit dem Inhaber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

+ וילה גדולה פרטית ומרווחת. מארחים נחמדים שדרג אותנו לויךה הגדולה ואישר צק אאוט מאוחר. למי שמגיע עם רכב תמורה מצוינת במחיר הרבה יותר משתלם מרוב המלונות ורמה גבוהה בהרבה מחדר במלון. יש 7.11 2 דקות הליכה מהחדר חוף מהמם 7 דק ומגוון מסעדות עם אוכל מערבי ותאילנדי. − המיטה היתה קצת קשה

Excellent accommodation + The villa was great. There were 5 of us staying there and there was loads of room with 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite. There was a small private pool and the open living area was very spacious. The hosts kept it very clean for us. I would also say it was very secure. − Nothing really. The villa was about a 10 minute walk from the main area for restaurants and bars and beach. There were a few more basic places to eat very close by which I tried and all the meals I had nearby were good. There is a 7/11 and TOPS mini supermarket within a couple of minutes walk.

انصح فيها للعوائل + الفيلا عاااالميه الفيلا 5 نجوم والنظافة 5 نجوم و7/11 عدال الفيلا والمطبخ والغرف كل شيء كان جميل وفوق الروعه − الحشرات بحكم الفيلا تعتبر بس الغابات

Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation + Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans cet établissement et nous en sommes ravis. Tout était parfait ! Le logement est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement du séjour en toute sérénité. Le ménage est impeccable et l’entretien du logement est irréprochable. Le personnel est disponible, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider si nécessaire. Un grand merci à Daniel, le propriétaire, qui est très réactif et facilement joignable. Il répond rapidement aux messages et veille à ce que tout se passe parfaitement durant le séjour. − Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne la cuisine de la villa 1, qui mériterait un léger rafraîchissement. Les portes des meubles auraient également besoin d’être réglées. En dehors de ce détail, tout était excellent.

Excellent property overall + The apartment was modern and clean. Aircon units all worked well and pool was well cleaned. Cleaners were always available during the day and cleaned what we asked like toilet bins to be emptied and when my daughter had vomited on her duvet. Overall good value and decent location between Rawai and Ya Nui. − The water pressure was firstly non-existent so we could not wash after a 24hr journey from the UK. The next day it still was not working and I did not get a response for 24hrs about this. Eventually the pump was changed but the pressure was only moderate from the shower and inconsistent (temp jumps hot/cold).
