Óptimo + Um estúdio pequeno mas super aconchegante com o espaço todo ele muito bem aproveitado. O nível de conforto e as comodidades merecem destaque. Sofá. Mesa de trabalho. Cama confortável. Banheiro adequado com box separado. ( Além de espaço e equipamentos para cozinhar) - A responsável foi muito simpática. - Localização − Está num 3andar sem elevador mas pessoalmente não atrapalhou em nada.

great location + the hosts were very sweet and accomadating, also the small kitchen facitilies were great when needing to cook some food. − i would recommend adding another big or extra bin bags as the bin got full super quickly from how small it was. additonally there was not great natural light due to small windows but other than that a perfect place to stay

Great value in the heart of District 1. Excellent option for solo travelers. + Excellent location in the heart of District 1. About a 10-minute walk to Ben Thanh light rail station. Huge variety of street food and restaurant options all within walking distance. Friendly and helpful property owners. My room was kept clean and was more than large enough for my needs. The wi-fi signal was strong and I appreciated having a flat screen TV and sofa. No complaints at all. I stayed here for almost a month. Would stay again.

Won’t recommend anyone to stay here + The location is good, as many of the places we visit are nearby − The road to reach the stay was terrible, owner behaviour wasn’t good, not friendly, no elevator option as the room was at 3rd floor and I had big luggage, stairs were very narrow

Great facilities, overbearing host + The apartment offers good value for the money, is fairly quiet, and the kitchen comes well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also close to everything you need. − Unfortunately, our experience with the host significantly affected our stay. We found the host to be overbearing and, at times, made us feel unwelcome. Before our stay, the host made a promise but then quickly reversed that decision without providing a clear explanation. This inconsistency made it difficult to build trust and left us feeling uncertain throughout our stay. We had originally planned to stay for four months, but after only one week we decided to cancel the remainder of our planned stay because we no longer felt comfortable with the inconsistent communication and changing commitments. It’s unfortunate, because we genuinely liked the apartment itself and had hoped to make it our home for several months.

Good but not great + It’s close to the city centre and the soundproof of the house − It’s really small for two people, the room we’ve stayed in it has some humedity and sometimes it smells, it was the ground floor room. And that in the pictures it seemed that it had a kitchenette but it didn’t exist, we had only a kettle to boil water

Beware of Bait-and-Switch Tactics – Highly Unprofessional Experience + Nothing at all. − I strongly advise against booking this property, especially for international travelers, as my experience felt highly deceptive. I originally booked an apartment featuring a kitchen and big window. However, upon arrival, the host attempted to place me in a completely different, windowless room with no kitchen. When I raised the issue, she offered an alternative room with a kitchen—but still no window—for double the agreed-upon price. I insisted on receiving the exact room I had booked at the confirmed Booking.com rate, but she flatly refused. Instead, I was given an unfair ultimatum: accept the severely downgraded room, pay double for an inadequate alternative, or cancel the reservation and be unjustly penalized with a first-night cancellation fee. In short, this was a clear scam and a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Avoid this property if you want a reliable and honest stay.
