Has great potential but in need of a make over. + Great location with a lovely view from the living room windows. Plenty of space set over 3 floors. We were a party of 6 adults, 1 teenager and a baby. There was ample space for us all. Apart from tea towels all the facilities needed are there. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. − The property is in need of redecoration throughout. The fixtures and fittings are well worn and let the property down.

Great stay, great location, responsive host. Really enjoyed our time. + The location was amazing. You cannot beat it. Amazing views, quick walk to town. Open concept living room was nice. − The beds were not the most comfortable, and no streaming tv service. But- not a big deal as we were put all the time. WiFi was fine for devices.

A very pleasant stay with a great view. Clean tidy and attention to detail regarding little extras were very welcome. + It was open planned in the main living area with lots of light and a great view. − Nothing really except parking would be tight for a large vehicle but it was no problem for us.

Location amazing but needs deep clean + Host was 10/10, very easy to reach, met us at property. Location is perfection- you can see the sail boats from the window. Free parking − Unfortunately it was dirty, it didn’t smell but it needs a deep deep clean. I didn’t want to take my shoes off in the house. There’s cobwebs and dead spiders all over the windows. Crumbs all over the couch from previous guests. I was happy to only use this place as a base to sleep and shower. Such a pity as it’s not cheap either

Stayed in the unit twice before and the current condition is unacceptable. Also, the reaction to our concerns was totall + Location and view plus off street parking − The cleanliness overall, basic bathroom supplies, cooking equipment, function of heaters were all in very poor condition or didn’t exist.
