Great base but not luxury + Hotel is very basic but was clean and we only used as a base. We had a great beach view which made up for any shortcomings. Ideally located for the cable car to the main town and this was €10 return. If going to beach highly recommend taking the stairs just outside hotel across the road less steep. The ones by the taxis are steep and smelly. Two beach clubs available one is €35 euros per bed and you can order drinks etc via a qr code the other one is €25 per bed this one you can turn up to the other best to book as more popular. One thing I will say about hotel rooms on the main road is very noisy as there is a Trainline runs under the main road and these trains go past until 11.30 in the evening and start early. Windows have shutters but makes no difference to noise so take earplugs just in case. Bathroom tiny and shower has zero power more a trickle but we made do. Taormina y sus escalones…. + La ubicación muy buena enfrente de la playa, muy buena atención en la recepción, alquile auto me lo recomendaron y la verdad excelente la atención Volveré !!!! − Estaba en el edificio que está arriba la vista desde el balcón excelente el tema las escaleras, una persona con dificultades para caminar no puede subir y bajar tanto…. En recepción les comenté esto y me dijeron que hay q pedir habitación en la otra parte del hotel…. Ya lo sé para mi próxima estadía…volveré !!!!

Nem érdemel négy csillagot + A személyzet egy része tényleg kedves volt, illetve a hotel elhelyezkedése jó. − Penészes fürdőszoba, a leírással és a fotókkal ellentétben a szobánk egyáltalán nem a tengerre nézett hanem a zajos főutcára. Ezt kifogásoltuk, de a szállás nem volt segítőkész. Négycsillagos szállodához képest a folyton szétcsúszo egymás mellé tolt két ágy, a szakadt ágytakaró, a penészes fürdő, a soha utan nem töltött szappan teljesen elfogadhatatlan. Nagy csalódás volt.

I really recommend this place. + The hotel is close to the sea, and the cable car. I had a se view room with a balcony, wich was really cool. The breakfast was perfect and diverse with quality cofee. − There wasn't a fridge in the room.2

+ Romslig balkong og utsikten var flott. Gode senger. Veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme de som jobbet i resepsjonen. God beliggenhet i forhold til buss og funicolare. − Da vår bygning (det er 2) lå oppe i høyden med en del trapper å klatre, savnet vi veldig et kjøleskap på rommet til kald drikke. Flere ødelagte fliser på badet som er erstattet av andre med annet mønster. Gammeldags vegghengt hårtørrer med én styrke, varmt! Hotellet er slitent og utdatert, trenger generell fornyelse.

Faulty Towers Italian Style + I will start with the good points although there are not many. The location is good and the views are amazing. The cable car station is right next to the hotel and takes you up into town for 10 euro return. Isobella beach it accross the road up the steps to get to it are very steep. Now for the negatives the staff are extremely rude at reception and very unhelpful. The rooms are outdated with broken furniture and a shower that is so small. Bathroom tiny difficult to get in and out of. The hotel looks like it has not been decorated since 1960. It’s not a 4 star at all it’s not even a good 3 star. The free parking that is advertised is never available so you have to pay and it can cost about 30 euro a day ! Expensive. They don’t have a pool you have to use the pool at the Ipanema hotel down the road. This is the sister hotel and the staff there are just as rude and unhelpful, they act like they are better than you. My room was infested with ants while I was…

+ Фантастичний краєвид. Гарний балкон, ванна кімната. Хороший сніданок − Персонал на сніданку трохи грубуватий. Інше все було добре. Єдине, що готель розділений на 2 частини. Одна внизу, а інша нагорі. Так от мені дісталась та що нагорі. Чудовий краєвид, але піднятись туди! Їдеш на ліфті до 5 поверху,потім сходи вниз, потім вгору. Потім ще на другий поверх. 50 метрів до пляжу це від дверей нижньої частини і вертикально.

Does not match any published photos I was on any booking sites + The room provided was entirely unrepresentative of the photographs published on the various booking platforms they use. Our room was run-down and dirty, the bathtub was stained, and the advertised terrace consisted merely of a table and chairs placed directly in front of our door in an exterior hallway. Furthermore, contrary to the published photos, there is no pool on site; instead, guests must take a bus/taxi ride and pay an additional 17 Euro per person for access to a Lido that includes the pool. The worst part was navigating the 3.5-minute walk from the lobby to our room. This walk was long and arduous up and down several staircases and was unsafe, as the path was frequently dark and the automatic lights were unreliable. When we raised these concerns with the staff, the issue was dismissed with the claim that we had booked an "economy" room. However, we booked through one of their preferred platforms, which did no…
