Great property to enjoy Bacalar + Beautiful property and rooms. Great rooftop where the breakfast is and you can also go to see the sunrise and sunset (and if lucky get to see some raccoons :)). Having the beach club pass is a huge plus as it made our stay in Bacalar much easier by not having to think about where to go to enjoy the beautiful beach. Close enough to go to the port and center walking. − The only thing is that rooms can be bit dark and difficult to dry your clothes on (although there is a very smart clothing dry rope that I wish more hotels had).

Allez y les yeux fermés + L'hôtel est petit et intimiste, très très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût et une magnifique végétation dans le jardin avec différents petits coins pour se reposer. La piscine est jolie et d'une bonne température. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables avec une super literie. Le ménage est très bien fait, c'est nickel. Le personnel est très gentil. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec 4 choix différents mais on ne peut rien modifier . Et le vrai plus, c'est l'accès au beach club le wamimbi qui est superbe en bord de mer. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel que nous avons adoré, nous avons d'ailleurs prolongé notre séjour de 3 nuits. L'emplacement est excellent, proche du centre ville et de la mer. Merci encore à toute l'équipe − Le manque de souplesse du choix du petit dejeuner.

Esto no es un hotel; es hogar, es descanso, es el cariño de todas las personas que te reciben. Nunca había experimentado un nivel de atención tan extraordinario en cada detalle. La calidez con la que te dan la bienvenida, la habitación, las amenidades y cada gesto de las personas que hacen de tu estancia algo especial. Es un hotel hermoso, con una limpieza impecable, detalles en cada rincón, comida deliciosa y amenidades cuidadosamente pensadas para disfrutar y descansar profundamente. Es un lugar muy especial, lleno de paz. Espero que quienes tengan el privilegio de visitarlo no lo duden ni un segundo. Relax assicurato! + El Corazón Boutique Hotel è stata davvero una chicca e, senza dubbio, il miglior hotel di tutta la nostra vacanza! ❤️ Siamo rimasti colpiti da tutto, a partire dalle persone che ci lavorano, sempre gentilissime, disponibili e attente a ogni esigenza. L’atmosfera dell’hotel è molto piacevole e ci ha permesso di rilassarci tantissimo. La colazione è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più: super ricca, varia e davvero deliziosa! Anche la posizione è perfetta: in soli 3 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia e l’hotel ha inoltre una convenzione con il Mawimbi Beach Club Holbox, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. È stato il posto perfetto per staccare completamente e goderci Holbox in totale relax. Se dovessimo tornare a Holbox, sarà sicuramente il primo hotel che prenoteremo! Grazie mille ancora per la splendida ospitalità! 💙
