Warm room, odor and dirty room terrible nugget + Statement one day only − Bad odor, air condition worked poorly and room is hot to warm unable sleep.

Todo está bien hasta que son troceros con las mascotas eso es insoportable + PRIMERAMENTE EL PERSONAL SON DE LO MAS AMABLES − Solo fueron dos cosas . El precio fue ligeramente alto . Con el monto que pagué cheque que en cabos podría aver conseguido algo muchísimo mejor por el mismo precio. Pero lo peor fue ver que discriminaron a una mascota en el área de la alberca que no le permitieron estar cerca de su dueña eso fue algo que me enfureció porque se supone que es amigable con los animales. Inaceptable terrible eso me haría pensar en regresar a este hotel . Lástima

Be informed + The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant food is top notch. Nice location on the beach. − This is not a 9.2 resort. Rooms are nice but basic. Towels are cheap. Shower is low pressure. Sheets and pillows are good not great. A/C is loud. This resort is a solid 8.0
