Ingenio + Decoración muy curiosa y es entretenido saber que cada habitación es diferente y tener la intriga de cuál te tocará. Además, el self chek-in es brutal porque puedes llegar a la hora que quieras. Además, en la recepción tienen lockers donde puedes dejar tu equipaje hasta que tu habitación esté lista. − La habitación olía un poco raro pero nada insoportable.

It has such an unusual and creative design — it really makes you smile! + Number 1 – the location! What a lovely surprise. The hotel is in a beautiful building with amazingly spacious rooms. Just one thing to be aware of — there is no lift, so if you have large or heavy luggage, be prepared for a little extra exercise! 😄 I had a small suitcase, so it wasn’t a problem for me. The bed was lovely, with wonderfully fresh, bright-white bedding, and the cute sofa was so comfortable — perfect for relaxing and unwinding before bed. I absolutely loved this charming hotel and would happily stay here again! − n/a

Baulich ist das Hotel toll. Den Service kann man vergessen + Grundsätzlich sind die Zimmer sehr interessant gestaltet. Viel besser als das heutige Hotel-Einerlei. − Es gibt keinerlei Personal. Das Zimmer war für den Preis zu klein. Auf der Toilette gab es kein Toilettenpapier mehr

Très bien avec quelques réserves. + Pas de clés, on peut rentrer quand on veut. Tout entrée se fait avec une application web ou un code. L'espace jardin intérieur est très agréable. La chambre était très propre. − Le train qui passe à côté nous a gêné les deux premiers jours puis on s'y fait. Par contre, pour un séjour de plus de 7 jours, ils devaient changer notre draperie au 4eme jour, cela n'a pas été fait. La machine à café était en panne, obligé de se déplacer dès le matin pour prendre un café. Le restaurant à côté propose des cafés mais à plus de 3€ l'espresso.

+ Süßes Hotel in super Lage. Der grüne Innenhof macht gute Laune. − Die Gemeinschaftsbäder wurden am Wochenende nicht geputzt. Sonntagmorgens war das Klopapier leer und die eine Dusche lief schon Samstag nicht ab und hatte Sonntag noch das gleiche Haarbüschel liegen.

Expensive, poor accommodation + The bed was comfortable and it is very close to the main railway station. − Awful access arrangements that depended on your mobile phone, including getting into the room, so I had to take my phone into the shower so I could get back in. Very poor signs to the rooms and the lift - I carried my bags up 6 flights of stairs because the lift wasn’t indicated anywhere. The room was small and scruffy. There were no staff around the whole time I was there. Urban Loft is a smart, comfortable hotel and cheaper - why stay here?

Bom hotel + A localização, cerca de 500m do Portão de Brandemburgo − Não vimos pessoa alguma do hotel, todo o atendimento é remoto, via celular/whatsapp Com isso, na chegada, tivemos que aguardar que algum hóspede, ao entrar ou sair, abrisse a porta para que guardássemos nossas bagagens antes do check in.

Tragiczny standard pokoju. Strach chodzić po tej wykładzinie. + Obiekt sam w sobie jest zlokalizowany praktycznie w centrum – super lokalizacją. − Niestety moja ocena tego obiektu będzie bardzo krytyczna. Obiekt niestety graniczy z trasą metra które bardzo mocno słychać – jak ktoś ma pokój od ulicy albo od torów to strach się bać. Śniadanie bardzo podstawowe i klasyczne. Przyznam szczerze, że średnie – łącznie z niedopieczonymi bułkami gdzie było czuć drożdże. Masakrą okazał się pokój z brudnymi i zniszczonymi ścianami. Najgorsze co jest bez komentarza to podłoga. Brudna zanieczyszczona, zachlapana nie wiadomo czym wykładzina. Grzyb pod prysznicem, brudna suszarka do włosów. Brak wody w pokoju. Po przyjeździe do hotelu zgłosiłem problem z wykładziną – dostałem informację, że room service nie posprzątał podłogi z braku czasu i nie udało im się jej wyczyścić. BZDURA i kłamstwo bo ta podłoga w żadnym stopniu nie była prana. Na moją skargę dostałem informację o tym, że mogą mi odda…
