Wanna + Było naprawdę czysto. Wanna w kształcie buta jest na tyle duża, że spokojnie mieszczą się w niej dwie osoby. − W pokoju nie ma lodówki, ani mikrofalówki.

Gut gelegen, aber extrem hellhörig + An sich freundliches Personal, lang geöffnete Bar und gemütliche Lobby. − Die Zimmer sind recht modern, haben aber was die Akkustik angeht gewaltige Nachteile. Es gibt keine Teppichböden, daher hört man jedes Möbelrücken. Ein Nachbar muss gegen 1 Uhr und dann wieder 5 Uhr nachts Stühle verrückt haben. Der Lärm war abnorm, lauter als ich es je gehört hatte. Ich habe das Problem dann nachgestellt und festgestellt, dass die Möbel auch keine Filzgleiter an den Füßen haben. Mehrere Gäste außer mir haben sich über den Lärm beschwert. Die Rezeption war an sich empathisch, man hat ihr aber deutlich angemerkt, dass sie das Feedback, für ein paar Euro Filzgleiter an die Füße der Möbel zu packen, nicht weitergeben wird, weil das Problem sie nicht interessiert. A la "Das Problem wird beim Gastwechsel dann schon verschwunden sein, Gäste, die nachts Stühle rücken, sind ja selten" Die Akkustik der Zimmer ist auch insgesamt nicht gut, alles hallt und klingt …

+ Gute Lage Kurze Wege zu Bahnhof und Innenstadt. Empfang unkompliziertt und hilfsbereit ,Tolles sauberes Zimmer (war im 3 Stock Straßenseite) Zimmer ist ruhig PKW-Verkehr nicht hörbar nur Straßenbahn wenn sie über die Weichen fährt. Gutes ausgiebiges Frühstück !!!

Zentrale und freundliche Unterkunft . + Lage, Tiefgarage, Personal, Kaffee − Matratze wäre ein wenig weicher besser. Anstatt eine gemeinsame Bettdecke wären zwei getrennte Bettdecken günstiger.

Der Aufenthalt hat und gut gefallen. + Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, etwas Fisch wäre noch toll gewesen. Die Unterkunft war gut und das Personal war freundlich. − Da war nichts.
