A very beautiful & relaxing stay! + We came here on a short girls trip and loved it! Location was beautiful, we enjoyed the free wine and snacks at welcome hour and in the evening lounge, the facilities were great (we enjoyed the onsen, massage chairs, gym, coffee station, and scented epsom salts in addition to reserving/paying for a massage one day). Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious! The staff members were also very kind and helpful. − We didn't eat meals at the hotel and had planned to eat at local restaurants for dinner until we realized everything closes around 4pm. We ended up enjoying a 7eleven dinner the first night and then we were able to plan better for a late lunch the next day.

The area felt lacking in activities, and I found myself wishing there was more to do nearby. Even the restaurants in the + The lounge provides a modest but steady assortment of free drinks and snacks available all day. The bathroom is impressively roomy, with two sinks, modern design touches, and generous supplies. − The hotel felt overpriced for a 2‑star property. Breakfast offered a very limited selection, and the small outdoor pool was empty and not operational. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable — my husband and I woke up with backaches every morning.

Exceptionnel ! + Le meilleur hôtel de notre sejour !! La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Le personnel était disponible, très sympathique et toujours aidant pour notre confort. Le Concert de piano à la bougie le soir dans le hall était superbe Les petites attentions all inclusive de A a Z sont top (fraises du coin, café brew a toute heure, les drink d'accueil ou avant le repas) Le petit déjeuner était très bon mais le dîner en service à la française vaut vraiment le détour avec de bons produits locaux ! Le onsen et la salle de sport étaient également très bien. − Rien du tout ! On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps

景色・朝食・ラウンジは素晴らしいが、清掃、プールの衛生面・安全面、接客は明らかに価格に不釣り合い + ホテルからの景色はとても素晴らしく、今回の滞在で特に印象に残りました。朝食も美味しく、内容にも満足しました。また、宿泊者が利用できるラウンジも良かったです。無料の飲み物や軽食が用意されており、地元のものも置かれていたので、その土地らしさを感じられました。この点はとても良いサービスだと思います。 − 一番気になったのは、全体的に清掃とメンテナンスが十分に行き届いていないことです。 特にプール周辺は汚れがかなり目立ち、長い間きちんと清掃されていないのではないかと思うほどでした。プールの水も、ゴーグルをつけて泳ぐと汚れがかなり目につきます。正直なところ、水質管理がきちんと行われているのか不安になるレベルでした。滞在中では、プール清掃用のロボットなどを見かけることも一度もありませんでした。 さらに、プールの床材の一部が剥がれており、足や指を切ってしまう可能性があると思います。衛生面だけでなく、安全面でも早急に改善した方がよいと思います。浮き輪や水鉄砲などはきれいに並べられていましたが、水鉄砲はすべて壊れていました。きれいに並べることよりも、まず設備の点検や清掃をしっかりしてほしいと感じました。 ホテル前のビーチについては、ホテルだけの責任ではないのかもしれませんが、かなりゴミが目立ちました。裸足で歩くのはおすすめできず、サンダルは履いた方がよいと思います。せっかく景色の素晴らしい場所なので、もう少しきれいに維持されていれば印象は大きく違ったと思います。 部屋についているお風呂も清掃が十分とは感じられず、汚れがかなり残っていたため、あまり使いたいとは思えませんでした。テラスにある露天風呂についても同じ印象です。全体として、プールで感じた清掃やメンテナンスの問題と共通するものがありました。 また、フロントスタッフの方々は全体的に少し冷たい印象でした。特別に失礼だったというわけではありませんが、ホテルの雰囲気や価格を考えると、決してそれに見合った接客とは感じませんでした。 景色や朝食、ラウンジがとても良かっただけに残念です。同じエリアに同価格帯の選択肢があるのであれば、次回は別のホテルも検討したいと思ってしまいます。

夏休み満喫って感じです。 + 今回2度目の宿泊でしたが、やはりロケーションが最高です。海が好きなので、ホテル専用のビーチなのかビーチに人が少なくサップなどのアクティビティも無料なのがとても良いです。 オールインクルージブでお酒が好きな方ならとても満足がいく時間の使い方ができると思います。 − 海のシャワーが2台あるのですが、 シャワー周りにいろんなものが散乱してるのは清掃された方がいいかもしれません。 2泊で利用でしたが、 1泊目に落ちてたものがそのままだったので、 そこは気になりました。
