Not worth it + Good location. Lobby was LARGE/a shock value when walking in. But the wonder stopped in the lobby. − Was quite expensive for what you get. Water was still $8 in the room, breakfast not included for the price, room felt no fancier than a Comfort Inn. I booked this hotel for the pool, which was open, but cloudy with unfiltered water/bugs all over the top. Even an employee was unhappy with the water quality. I booked a hotel with a pool to use the pool, very disappointed. Should have just stayed at a Motel 6 for the value.

Nice Stay + We had to book this hotel last minute after arriving at another hotel in the area that did not have a clean & safe room (after going to 2 separate rooms). This hotel was very nice. Some of the public areas (doors/hallways) showed their age some, but the hotel was kept up nicely. The room was comfortable and the staff was very pleasant.

Expected better. Probably won’t stay there again + Nice looking. Check in personal were kind and courteous. − There were kids running through the hallways making noise late into the night. You’d think that for the price you would have better security, strict enforcement of rules. They charge extra for every little thing included bottled water.

We will never come back- we will make sure others do not stay either + nothing − to begin with our room was not accessible and I called ahead to make sure it was wheelchair accessible. The front desk person, Lori was not helpful with changing the room to something that we were supposed to have in the first place. Then the next day we were told the restaurant would be open at 4pm. We sat and waited and waited. The front desk guy said he would do "whatever he could to help and make things easier" but did nothing and when I went back up to see what was the problem he then told me they would open at 5. Starving- we ordered out instead. This visit was horrible, the room was not right and this was the second visit here for us in the past 6 months and we had the same issue. There is a lot of issues here, the worst part is, it effects the guest more than the staff.

Great staff + Absolutely great staff-- from the server in the restaraunt (I can't recall her name but she had a boot on her foot likely due to an injury). She was so kind and pleasant with my family, especially considering we had a baby. Really enjoyed our service with her. I also purchased some snacks from the pantry and dealt with the woman at the front desk (Perhaps her name was Jen but she had short hair with curls on top). She was super professional, kind, prompt.

+ I liked the staff at the reception desk. A beautiful lobby. But the room... − Dirty curtains, a dirty hairdryer, and a stain on the duvet; the room wasn't cleaned even once during my two-day stay. The room with the balcony was on the second floor, right above the staff smoking area, so it was noisy. There was trash outside the rooms.

Thankfully restful after a stressful evening. + Breakfast was incredible, wide selection of food and drinks. Rooms were fairly spacious and the lobby was beautiful. − Interior rooms have very large windows that face the lobby, which can lend itself to less privacy. Easily avoidable by asking for an exterior room, but we weren't aware of the room orientation.

Despite request for microwave, we were told that the only microwave available was in the lobby. + Wooden floor − Lacks microwave which is good for families with kids. Light fixture in the restroom was loose.
