Okay + Location and cleanliness − Hotel was expensive didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for $35 for the parking when we were guest at the hotel and a breakfast should have been included instead of being surprised with the price of $19 when going to eat instead of being informed at check in

Nice hotel in a good location for a works trip to Charlotte. Over the road from the NASCAR museum + Had a freshly cooked omelette each morning and the staff were always really friendly.

+ Location and clean !! − Room was listed as two queen beds but in reality these were Haughton double beds !!! Super tiny for two people !!

Love it + Absolutely clean, friendly staff, and the attached restaurant was fantastic! Elevators are also very fast, usually at hotels I wait for like three minutes or more for an elevator to go up to my floor and down. The elevators here are FAST. No waiting. Perfect spot for Charlotte sightseeing. − Only has one spinning door and the other door that you open up is in the garage area, very risky for people to walk over there.

Charged $350 for Smoking Despite Not Being a Smoker — No Evidence Provided + I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handled a disputed $350 smoking/air quality fee. I do not smoke or vape and did not smoke or vape in my room, yet I was charged $350 for alleged smoking/vaping. I immediately disputed the charge and repeatedly asked the hotel to provide the evidence or documentation supporting the allegation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the property, I have not been provided with any evidence. I escalated the issue to Hilton Corporate, which contacted the property on my behalf and requested the supporting information. Even after that escalation, the hotel has still not provided me with documentation substantiating the charge, and I have continued to be directed back to the property. − The chain on toilet to flush toilet kept coming off. We had to remove back of toilet several times to reattach to be able to flush. Our only complaint.

Loved the corner room. Asked for a room on a higher floor guess the just ignored that. The room smelled like an animal. + The lobby was nice. Quiet, could have been relaxing. − Location, it was like being squished into a tiny corner. Parking deck was horrible. 😤

− They really like to charge for incidentals related to "air quality", even if you dont smoke! It's $350 FYI.
