Struttura datata + Mi e’ piaciuto solamente il ristorante bar della struttura stessa, carino in buona posizione sul mar ma tutto a pagamento. − Struttura datata, necessita di seria ristrutturazione. Forse sarebbe utile anche ci fosse più personale. E magari che venisse proposta la colazione inclusa.

Verborgen parel aan het begin van sairee beach + Dit resort ligt op een uitstekende locatie, aan het begin van sairee beach. De kamer en zeker het bed was comfortabel. We hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Het bijbehorende restaurant is fijn, met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het personeel was vriendelijk, ook voor m’n zoontje van 6. + It was a wonderful living experience! I was a little worried before booking this hotel, because some of the reviews were very controversial. But our room blew me away. It is large, spacious, clean and bright. The hotel has a very beautiful territory, and most importantly, it is very quiet and peaceful. There's a beach across the street, and the main entertainment options (if you're a fan of them) are just a few minutes away. At the same time, the hotel is completely calm, so you do not need to worry about your vacation.

Comoda e spaziosa + Avevamo la family villa che era davvero molto grande e accogliente. Posizione fronte mare in Sairee bay, che di per sé non è granché ma piena di locali e negozietti. Come spiaggia consiglio Aow Leuk, a soli 10 min di auto. − La struttura è un po trasandata.

Extremely good location and lovely design! + The location of the hotel is really good. It is right in front of Sairee beach, but that part of the beach is not much crowded and the area is generally peaceful. However it is still at a good location where you can reach, by a short walk, a lot of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, money exchange, ATMs... etc. Also, We didn't notice any noise or music bothering us, as it could be the case in some other areas. There is a walking path that takes you all the way until the centre of Ko Tao. That's why I say that the location is very good because it is right in front of the beach, calm and still close from the most important shops. They have one (or two?) familly bungallows which are really well designed and decorated. It was a pleasure staying inside! ריזורט באמת מעולה במיקום ממש טוב. תמורה למחיר אולי הכי טובה שהייתה לנו בתאילנד אבל החיסרון היחיד זה כמה הצוות לא נחמד, א + החדר פשוט מטורף ביחס למה שמצפים במחיר הזה ריזורט מפנק בטירוף חדר ענקי מים לים במקלחת (משהו שקשה למצוא בתאילנד מסתבר) ומיקום אחלה ממש − החיסרון היחיד זה הצוות שהיה ממש לא נחמד אבל אולי אנחנו נפלנו על שירות לא וואו באופן חריג.. לא חושב שמגיע לבעלים של המלון דירוג לא טוב באופן כללי על זה אבל זה לגמרי פוגע בחוויה

The location was nice. A little far from the bars, but walkable. The restaurant was good and with reasonable prices. − I had an extremely disappointing experience here, particularly regarding safety and basic customer care. During my stay, I fell down the stairs from The room due to their uneven condition. Injured and in pain, I went down to the front desk just to ask for some ice or basic first aid. Even though I understood it was after official hours, the staff member inside saw me and refused to even open the door to assist. While I respect operational hours, turning away an injured guest who fell because of the hotel's own hazardous stairs shows a total lack of empathy. The room itself had multiple issues: 1.
