+ Персонал очень приветливый, очень вкусная еда и отзывчивые хозяева. − Стекло в было треснуто и заклеено скотчем, не похоже на ремонт уровня отеля. Унитаз все время приходилось смывать два раза, чтобы было чисто. В душевой нет места, чтобы повесить полотенца и халат. Душевая не закрывается из-за чего приходится ходить по мокрому полу после душа. Душевая установка плохо работает. Туалетной бумаги не хватало. А на время нашего пребывания внизу шел ремонт, воняло краской и было не приятно. Лестница очень крутая и очень неудобная. Перила очень опасные сделаны из одного стекла. С чемоданами подниматься очень тяжело и неудобно. В общем этот отель не стоит тех денег и тем более не тянет на 4 звёзды

Exceeded the expectation! + Very good location. Maximum close to all old Tbilisi city locations. And in same time very quite place. Very comfort and beautiful rooms. Maximum security. All amendments in place, very clean. Everything is working perfectly. Definitely will stay there again next time in Tbilisi. − All just perfect!

+ Місце розташування. − Досить шумно з вулиці. Номер для нашої родини був тіснуват.

+ Здорово, что спальни изолированы и разделены общей комнатой. Сантехника очень качественная, матрасы удобные, интернет хороший. Пешком везде рядом, и шума нет. Одним словом, 10 баллов.

Good location, but not worth it. + Good location Separate AC controls for each room is nice − This is the worst service I have ever encountered in a hotel, or any other paid accommodation for that matter. There was no front desk. Some guy sits at the restaurant across the street and you maybe able to get his attention if he isn't asleep. We wanted an extra blanket. That's it, just a normal thing you'd ask for in any hotel. They said they don't have extra blankets the first night because they were in the laundry and they'll bring one next day. Fine. Next day, no extra blanket. We ask if we can have one again and the same guy tells us that no, the hotel's owner said we can't have one unless we pay for the excess laundry. Out of curiosity, we asked how much would it cost, and the guy shouted at us and threatened to throw us out of the hotel. I feel like that's a good enough example as to why no one should stay here, ever.
